Story
Hello, my name is Gaudy and I am a very special young boy with lots of love to give. I am an affectionate and athletic pup with lots of energy. I am very friendly and love meeting new people and dogs. I am a very loyal companion and will stick by your side through thick and thin. I am a brave and curious pup, and I love to explore, but I am also gentle and sweet. I am independent and enjoy some alone time, but I am also very playful and smart. My funny antics will keep you entertained for hours on end, and I love giving kisses to my favorite humans. I am a sweet and gentle soul who just wants to find a forever home where I can give all my love to you. If you are looking for a funny, sweet, and loyal companion, I am your guy! Please come and meet me, I know you won't be disappointed!

Story
What my friends at ACC say about me:I have medical needs that staff will address with you when you meet me.I don't always like to share my food, toys or bedding with other animals.I would do best in a home without very tiny humans, although I could be open to older human children once I meet them.I love getting pets and - you guessed it - snuggles! My foster writes: This sweet 8-year-old pitty is a certified cuddle pro who's happiest when he's by your side-or napping nearby. Low energy and laid-back, Brock is the perfect Netflix-and-snack companion (especially if treats are involved-he lives for those). He's a good boy who listens well and loves long walks when it's time to stretch those legs.Another foster writes:Brock is the mush ball of your dreams! This easy-going older gentleman loves naps, cuddles, and treats of all kinds. He's happiest when he's near his people, getting butt scratches and belly rubs. He naps like a champ but can be left alone to do his own thing. This hungry, hungry hippo will do anything for a treat, but has good table manners for a food-motivated good boy. He's a dream on the leash, walking next to you with ease as he explores the neighborhood. Brock's charm is obvious to everyone on the street - he gets constant compliments when he's out. He loves nothing more than cuddling on the couch with you at the end of the day. This sweet angel is a big boy with an even bigger heart and would love to nuzzle you to the ends of the earth.Another foster writes:Brock is the sweetest older gentleman who just wants to hang out and be near his people. He's super sweet, super chill, and the perfect buddy for lazy days, short walks, and snack breaks. He's also a really good listener, knowing tons of commands like sit, stay, and lay down, and he's currently learning "up" and "drop it" like a total pro. Brock has great leash manners, does fine on his own when you're out, and melts hearts everywhere he goes with his big head and soft eyes. He's not needy, just happy to be nearby, whether you're watching TV, working from home, or just relaxing. If you're looking for a low-key, lovable sidekick who's all about comfort, cuddles, and good company, Brock's your guy! Primary Color: Brown Brindle Weight: 75 Age: 8yrs 5mths 2wks

Story
What my friends at ACC say about me:I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.I love to be loved, but on my own terms! Let's brush up on some canine body language together!I'm ready to learn! I need a patient person who has the time to work on training with me.I would do best in a home with only adult humans.I am excitable and energetic! I will need positive outlets for my energy!A Volunteer Wrote: Luffy was beloved by his former owner, who said he was playful and friendly with the child with whom he lived, as well as unknown children; the same went with other dogs and humans of all kinds. Luffy is winning hearts here, as well; despite being in a pop up crate against the wall, he makes friends by offering kisses through the bars until someone relents and plays with him. Luffy is looking for his forever playmate and a life not lived in a crate--please come meet him!My #BoroughBreak Buddy Writes: Luffy is a true city dog who is unfazed by the sights and sounds of city streets. The only thing that scared him was a life size cow statue that stopped him in his tracks. Once we crossed the street, he didn't show any fearful back-glances and was his normal happy self.Luffy will thrive in a calm home with an active owner. If that's you, you are going to get an exceptionally sweet, exceptionally loyal and loving dog in return. Primary Color: Gray Secondary Color: White Weight: 64.5 Age: 3yrs 2mths 1wks

Story
Bonnie arrived at MACC as a stray with no known history. During intake Bonnie was obsvered to hard bark and lunge towards another dog. While in care Bonnie has continued to show this level of reactivity. Observed to hard stare towards dogs and people while on leash. In the kennel room Bonnie is obsvered to pull hard towards the other kennel while hard barking and growling. Bonnie has also been obsvered to be fearful with handlers. Due to the detailed behaviors we recommend an experienced adult only home that make no trips to the dog park. Primary Color: Gray Weight: 50 Age: 1yrs 1mths 2wks
