Story
Chalet kittens are absolutely lovely, each shows off their different colours, different personalities, but they all have a great purr. When you try to help a couple of strays in the neighbourhood, find out the female is pregnant, have a beautiful litter of kittens and just can't do anymore. Both adults are wonderful cats, and everyone involved did well socializing the babies. They are now ready to find their furever homes as they are tested FIV/Felv negative, vaccinated to date (they will need a booster in 3-4 weeks past the last, microchipped, dewormed, flea treated.

Story
This little guy is one of 4 babies born in the safety of our foster home. He is playful and affectionate and loves to snuggle. He loves to wrestle and play with his brothers and is fearless and the first to investigate any new experience. He is FIV/FelV negative, flea treated and dewormed, up to date on his vaccines and will come with a voucher for his neuter at 6 months, done in Woodstock at our vet. To facilitate the neuter surgery, applications from locations within half an hour distance from Woodstock will be considered. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING! An adoption application can be found at www.oxfordcountyanimalrescue.com (click on Adopt, then Cats for Adoption, then scroll to the bottom of the page). We require 2 non-familial references (including contact numbers) as well as permission to speak with your vet. Please note that yearly vet visits are a requirement for all our adopted kitties. If this is not your past practice, your application will not move forward. You must be 21 years old to adopt. The adoption fee is $200. It may take up to 72 hours to approve your application. Please provide all requested information, including contact numbers, to help expedite the process. Repeated phone calls and emails will not move your application along. We are a volunteer, foster based rescue. We are not able to facilitate meet and greets before an application is received. You are not able to meet multiple kitties to see if one fits as the animals may be fostered in different locations. Please help us get the kitties to their forever homes faster by respecting these guidelines!

RANDY - DLH, male, neutered, grey, DOB Apr 9/13 Randy is a very sensitive boy that will need a quiet home with someone who is patient and kind. He is settling into his foster home well and now purrs and enjoys being petted. He's not used to the love and attention. He is ok with other cats and may do well with a confident cat in the home. He recently had a dental done so his teeth are good but it was discovered he has a mild thyroid condition. He is required to take an oral medication morning and night and he's a champ about it. It's a fairly inexpensive medication. Are you that special person who will give Randy a wonderful home and all the love he deserves? July 13, 2024, 7:34 am

Story
MIA - DLH, female, spayed, grey & white, DOB July 1/15 Hello, I'm Mia. My days are filled with gentle purrs and soft nuzzles. I'm a senior lady, wise beyond my years, and I have so much love to give. I'm quite the independent soul, preferring to be the queen of my castle. I'm not much for feline companions, but I've been known to charm every human I meet. My previous human and I had the sweetest bond but unfortunately life changes and they passed away. So, here I am, ready for my next adventure. Adopting me means inviting a bundle of sweetness into your life. I promise to fill your days with warmth, affection, and the gentlest of purrs.   July 13, 2024, 7:34 am
