If you'd like to meet Vicky, please read her full profile. Once you've done that and would like to move forward, we ask that you then visit our website to review our adoption process and requirements and schedule an on-site appointment. www.ggohinc.com ❤️”ADOPT LOVE”❤️ This beautiful gal is just another forgotten kitty of the streets. Vicky is a stray who had been hanging out in a neighborhood here in New Richmond where she was being fed but no one was giving her an actual home. During the previous winter she was taking shelter in a shed that she could enter by a hole in the side. A concerned party brought this to our attention as the shed hole was being closed up for this winter and where then would she go from the elements and to be safe. We knew we needed to get her off the streets. Shy and unsure but already making progress. Vicky needs someone to give her lots of love and be patient with her. Look into those eyes and tell her she's not worth the effort - can't, can you. We couldn't either. Approx. DOB 10/26/2020.

Story
If you'd like to meet Teddy, please read his full profile. Once you've done that and would like to move forward, we ask that you then visit our website to review our adoption process and requirements and schedule an on-site appointment. www.ggohinc.com Teddy came to us as an emergency case - his tail had been degloved and he needed immediate veterinary care. When we get a call for help like this, we take action! Teddy was immediately sent to our trusted veterinary partner and a full tail amputation took place - we're so sorry, Teddy, but that tail was beyond saving . :( Teddy was a stray. What happened to him to have the outcome of losing his tail; we presume he was caught under a car tire - we're thankful that is all the damage that was done. Life outdoors can be so cruel, but rest assured, his life on the streets is over. Teddy has made a full recovery and is looking for his forever home. This boy is so darn sweet! He is a little shy upon first walk-up to him, but he melts under your touch within seconds. We are suggesting a home without young children as Teddy is, as we've mentioned, a bit shy yet. He would likely do fine in a home with older children who won't grab at him and who can earn his trust - the little excited ones, are just too much for him. While Teddy does fine in the presence of other cats, we have observed that he does best when he has his own space - he would love to be the center of your attention. If you do have cats presently and want to add Teddy to your home and family, if those cats are independent, he'd be fine with that. As for dogs, we have not had the opportunity to introduce Teddy to those four-legged creatures so that's an unknown but our instinct tells us that he would be okay with a well behaved dog that won't bother him too much. This gentle boy really is a gem and we've promised him that we will find him the best home ever and he will never have to worry about the dangers of the outside world again - and that's just what we will do! Teddy has an approx. DOB of 1/25/2022.

Story
Hi! My name is Holly, and I am the cutest little girl! I am very interested in humans and follow them around. I was found in a recycling facility, so I am a little unsure about being pet still. I absolutely adore my foster brother, Oliver, so I would love to have a playmate! I love to play with toys and lounge in the sun. At night, I like to sleep on my foster humans' legs. I have never met a dog so I'm not sure how I would do with one but I like to think I am pretty brave with other animals. I don't let the kids in my foster home pet me but I do hang around them when they are in the room. I am looking for a patient human who will take the time to show me that humans are great friends! I am fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for my age. Story
Tabitha is an interesting looking lady who's age is a total guess to us. She looks like she's older, but she doesn't act like a senior. So we don't really know what to think! Tabitha can be more on the independent side. But she still loves her humans and is an excellent alarm clock to remind you when dinner is. She LOVES wet food. If you open a cat of food, you can bet Tabitha will be running to the bowl as soon as she hears the lid crack! She loves getting her fur brushed, climbing her cat tree, chasing jingle balls across the floor, and investigating all areas of the house to see if anything new is happening. She has lived with dogs, cats, and kids in the past and did great with everyone! While in rescue, Tabitha received a dental check to make sure that her teeth are healthy, The vets also noted that she had a lump on her throat next to her trachea. Bloodwork was run and we had a cytology done on the lump which showed inflammation. So nothing crazy! But her future family should continue to monitor the lump to ensure it doesn't grow or change. Tabitha is fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLV negative, and up to date on vaccinations for their age. Story
Hana came to TCPR from a partner shelter in Iowa after she was found as a stray. She has the most beautiful and soft gray hair and loves to be pet and brushed. She may start off a tad shy. But she enjoys being held and is a total snuggler once she's comfortable. Hana also has a playful side and enjoys wand toys or anything with cat nip. She has done well with our kids and the other cats in our home but hasn't met our dogs. Her ideal home would include people who will be patient with her as she settles in and will give her lots of gentle pets! She would be fine as an only pet as well. I am fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for my age. Story
Hello, My name is Julie. I was surrendered to SFAAR by my owner. She had said that I was getting picked on by the resident cats & hiding a lot. Unfortunately with SFAAR I haven't adapted well. They've found I do best with no cats or just one that won't bother me. They have a feeling I was the trouble maker in the previous home. I have been extremely nervous & shy in my foster home. Its been about 6 months and am finally starting to come around. I'm looking for a cat experienced owner that understands I may hide, shy away from attention for awhile. Persistance & patience will pay off with me as I now follow my foster mom around and allow pets. I would not do well in a busy environment with a lot cats and definitely not kids(unless older). SFAAR is willing to adopt me into the right home that understands I may not be the purrfect companion to start but with a little patience & TLC I know I will do my best to show you how much I do appreciate you giving me a second chance at a forever home.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 23, 2024, 11:44 am

Story
This is Nala. She is an absolutely stunning girl who would love to find a forever home of her own without any other feline friends. She does well with small, cat friendly dogs as long as they ignore her. She was found in rough condition as a stray and has lived a life of luxury since being found. She loves wet food, being brushed daily, and playing with you at night before bed. She enjoys being in your company but isn’t a fan of being held although she enjoys being petted and doted on. Nala is a shy girl at first, but when she warms up and trusts, she is a chatty girl who starts purring the moment she sees you. Due to her quiet nature, I think she would thrive in either a child free home or with older, respectful kids over the age of 12.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 23, 2024, 11:44 am
