Meet Gorgeous Emerald !🌸💖 What a Beauty! 🥰 Around 3 years old-About 47 pounds of Pure Happiness and Love Dutch Shepherd Gal! 💗🌸 Get ready to fall in LOVE! 🥰💖 Sweet Emerald is an absolute dream.💝 She receives all the compliments in the world. She has the most beautiful honey colored eyes, the kind that makes everyone jealous and wish they had her eyes. They are that striking! 🤩 She not only has a stunning look, but her gentle kisses, and charming most loving and kind personality will forever melt your heart and make you fall in love with her instantly. She is proud, incredibly intelligent, gentle, patient, affectionate, intuitive, and a very trainable sweet girl. She loves everyone and everyone loves her. Emerald is a love bug with a down to earth spirit and can build a great relationship with a furry friend, kids and adults. Her captivating appearance makes people stop to say hello and get to know her, as she is just a sweetheart. She is the perfect size, not too big and not too small and has a great balanced energy about her. Emerald is low to medium energy, she’s not very hyper or jumping off the walls with energy but if you wanted to go on a mini hike in the mountains or brisk walk around the neighboorhood or park she can certainly keep up. She can match whatever energy you need her to within reason. She doesn’t seem like the marathon running partner type. She walks great on leash which will make adventures with Miss Emerald that much more enjoyable. Sweet girl loves to explore and she always makes sure that she stays close by to her humans and would make a great companion to a semi-active household with a backyard. A completely wood fenced yard is a MUST to ensure a secure environment for her safety and entertainment. ❤️ 💝🐶 Emerald also loves to spend time with her human. She is a super calm gal, so she loves her adorable naps on the couch or her soft bed with warm fuzzy blankets. So if you need a nap she will support you 100% and will snuggle next to you. If you work at home she will be by your side keeping you company, playing with her favorite toys, or simply napping. She loves watching tv so please make some room next to you and get some popcorn as you will get yourself a Netflix night date partner. Lovely Emerald is dog friendly and had great interactions with all of the dogs we introduced her to. She is more aloof around other dogs but she wasn’t bothered by the other dogs around her that were playing rough and running around. She simply preferred to hang back and watch and stay close to her people. 💗 We are not sure how Emerald will do with cats but can test her if needed. 😻 And if you don’t have another fur baby in your home don’t feel bad as Emerald sees his human as her best friend and will follow you to the moon and back. Emerald is affectionate with people and loves to give kisses and receive hugs. 💖🥰 Emerald loves kiddos and they adore her and she does well with them as she is very kind, patient and gentle.🥰 Sweet girl listens well and well mannered. She is potty and kennel trained. Enjoys to go shopping and loves her visits to Starbucks once in a while. She is spoiled and loves special treatments and compliments from store employees always keeps her excited. Super food and treats motivated. Emerald girl loves loves goodies. 💗🌸 Gorgeous Emerald is very photogenic and enjoys modeling in front of the camera. How can she not??!! That beautiful smile and those eyes. So if you love to take pictures and videos be ready and up your phone storage because her photos will go on the cover of the magazines.🤩🌸 Precious girl Emerald is full of love and happiness and her beautiful pictures will never justify her amazingly sweet and kind personality. 🥰 Emerald is one of a kind special gal who appreciates love and kindness. She brings happiness. This amazing girl will love you forever and she is just looking for the same in return!! 🌸💖 Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/65e65dbf8b1e2674ee0f797c Please email katiak@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We provide weekly socialization programs for our dogs through playgroups and group leash training classes available to all dogs in our adoption program, and Doggy Sleepover, Doggy Day Out, and Ambassador programs for our boarding dogs. There is a professional dog trainer on staff to provide support for our fosters and dogs, and an off-site dog trainer for dogs that need more extensive behavior modification. This helps us learn deeply about every dog, prepare them for adoption, and ultimately match them with loving families. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $62 surcharge for transport. Story
Hi there! My name is Feyd. I came to RASKC as a stray and now I`m looking for a new home. I`m a Dutch Shepherd! If you`ve never heard of us, please do a little research so we can get off on the right paw. I`m a very shy boy which is pretty typical for my breed. However, when I get to know a person, I am an absolute velcro dog and very sweet. I`m a big leaner - I love to lean into my person and get all the pets and reassurance. I can be scared in new situations, I need more socialization and a family that will advocate for my personal space while I gain confidence and learn the world is so not scary. I am crazy smart! I learned my new name in just a day and impressed everyone with picking up commands like `come`, `sit` and `stay` very quickly. Dutch Shepherds are a highly trainable but sensitive breed that will do best in active homes with families dedicated to training and socialization. I would love someone who can teach me lots of commands and games, take me for long walks, hikes or swims, and spend time lounging with me when all the work is done. I am currently 52lbs but I`m a lanky, awkward teen and will continue to grow and gain weight as I get a bit older. I will likely be around 60-65lbs when I am done growing and filling out.My personality color is BLUE. I am a gentle and loving dog who likes to take things slow. I may get nervous in new situations, so I am looking for a family who understands that I might take some time to warm up. Once I get to know you, I will be a very devoted friend!

Story
She was found in the middle of nowhere, in the bones, and with too much fear, she tried to bite us until she could understand that we were not going to hurt her, we just wanted to help her, and she got on her belly, letting me know that she trusted me. She is a really sweet, intelligent, loving dog, she has too much love to give, and she needs to receive even more. She is a very loyal dog, and tends to dance with her front paws when she gets excited. She gets excited when she goes for a walk, she likes to see new places and sometimes she is a little shy at first with strangers but she understands quickly when people don't want to hurt her. On the contrary when she knows that people are a threat to her or to you, she is very protective. She gets along well with very few male dogs, she is dominant and does not usually play with other dogs, but she gets along very well with adults and children, she would be ideal for a family with small children, she knows how to measure her strength, and she is not at all rude with babies. The $550.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to Oregon or Washington. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date. Tick control up to date. Microchip. Microchip registration to new owner paid for. Collar. Temporary leash.
