This is Harvey! He is a 20 lb Feist mix who has just escaped euthanasia at the shelter because some amazing people stepped up to foster! He settled into his foster home well. He does well with his two foster canine buddies, but seems to have some leash reactivity. For this reason we would like a home for him with a laid back calm canine buddy(not one that will be in his face and need to play frequently) or to be an only dog. He loves his people, to cuddle and give kisses. He does well in his crate. Harvey loves to follow you around the house and lay by you wherever you are. He will paw at you to ask for a pet. He is housetrained. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. A fenced yard would be a plus but not a must. He has low grade HW which will be treated by the rescue. *** AVAILABLE ON-SITE THURSDAYS AND FRIDAYS *** Although life probably hasn't been a carnival for her up to this point, little Carnival has found herself at Saving Grace, and she just knows that her luck is about to change! This sweet and gentle girl is trying to figure out what it means to live in a home and have a family. She is timid at first when meeting someone new, but after having some time to decompress, her foster reports that Carnival is a smart little gal who likes to be petted once she's acquainted with you. She will need an adopter who is able to work with her at her own pace, as so many things are still new for her, including leash-walking and house-training. Carnival got along with her foster's resident dog, so having a calm and confident doggy pal may help her adjust by showing her the ropes. She came a long way in her time in her foster home and has begun trusting new people. She especially likes the nice SG volunteers who are used to timid pups and have won her over... she now likes to cuddle up in the arms of her new human friends who understand her.
