Oliver is a Great Dane - Treeing Walker Coonhound mix. On all four legs he is about 30 inches tall and last weighed in at 67lbs. He is in perfect health and has received all shots and vaccinations. He has had medical insurance (w/ PetSmart) his entire life (4 years). He was neutered in 2020. It saddens our family to have to rehome him. Oliver has been such a support for me and my wife over the last 4 years. However my family is growing and relocating- taking him with us is not an option, unfortunately. Oliver is an amazing dog! He has the best personality- he loves to run and play, cuddle, get dressed up, and go on car rides . Oliver travels well; we’ve taken him on long car rides all over the country and out of the country. He is well behaved, but easily redirected if he gets too excited. He is GREAT with kids - we have a two year old who Oliver adores and is so gentle with. He also gets along well with other dogs. We’re looking for family to continue loving him how we do!

Toby-at-a-glance: 3-year-old, male, neutered, Great Dane/Plott Hound mix, up-to-date on core vaccines, heartworm negative, and microchipped. Toby is on monthly tick/flea/heartworm prevention. He does need a yard with a tall fence.  Toby is the cutest wiggle butt! Every morning, he does a full-body wiggle to start his day. He is well-versed in high fives and kisses. Being taken in by his foster family/LovePaws from an overcrowded, high-kill shelter, this sweet boy is very loving and affectionate with an affinity for walks, chew toys, and his bed/crate. He has done well with older children, even playfully stealing a fluffy toy from the youngest member of his foster family, and his foster parent reports he will likely be good with younger ones too. Toby is an active dog who would enjoy a nice yard with a tall fence and lots of walks/runs. He would be eager to go on adventures with his new human(s). Once he gets his exercise, he is content to settle down and cuddle/chew on his toys. His foster reports he may have seasonal allergies and is fascinated by small animals/birds. Toby is graceful, and fast, with the most beautiful shiny coat! You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.Dolly has large Great Dane genes grafted onto a somewhat smaller body. Not that anyone would ever call her small, but you would say she's a manageable size, which is perfect. If you love the Dane look, but aren't sure you could handle a full size model, we have Dolly waiting for you. She is currently only 60 lbs., but that is a bit deceiving, as she is very underweight. We would like to see at least 15 lbs. more on her ribs and we are working on it. She is now getting top quality groceries, something she has never had before. Still a young dog, at only about 2 years old, she would be delighted to lope along at your side when you go for walks or play in the back yard. We have found her to play well with other dogs, so even if she towers over them, she has nice dog manners. She has all her shots and is ready and waiting for the person or family who like bigger dogs, but aren't ready for an actual Goliath. Dolly is a good girl!
