Lulu is a stunning Greater Swiss x Bernese girl looking for a place to call her own! This girl is estimated to be about 120-140 lbs full grown. Lulu is in need of someone who has experience with XL breeds and can give her some basic training to help her flourish into an amazing girl grown up. Lulu loves playing with other dogs and is very sweet with people. She would do best in a home without small children and cats due to her size and excitement. Our puppy adoption fee is $450 which includes each animal is fixed, up to date on core vaccines, microchipped, kept on monthly preventions, and dewormed. Meet our newest mixed breed puppies. They are about 14 weeks and were saved from a puppy mill in Lancaster county. They are shy right now, but are coming around to life outside of the mill. As with all dogs we save from puppy mills, they will need a family who is understanding and prepared to work through a period of transition with them as they learn to live in a house and around people. They will need time to trust their new family before working on training, such as house training. This should go without saying, but we require all our animals to be trained using positive reinforcement methods ONLY. Puppy mill dogs tend to do best in a home without young children as well (10+), though this determination is made on a case by case basis. Each pups adoption fee of $800 covers their vaccines, microchip and spay/neuter. Please apply to be considered at our website www.angelsretreat.org

Kai is a sweet heart and very loyal. She is always right by your side and has hilarious mannerisms. Kai loves going on walks and loves to run around in the back yard. She loves to tease you with a toy and hopes you will chase her to get it. She’s very expressive and a great buddy! Kai was 3 in December, I don't know if that counts as "young" or "adult". I am not sure about how she is with kids because we aren't around them too often. Our neighbor (and her kids) watches Kai when we are out of town, they stay and swim and have no issues with Kai and have done so for years. I don't know that Kai has been around cats but suspect she might come right up to sniff them. We have four other dogs right now and Kai is usually good with them. She’d be better off without other dogs or a dog that is closer to her size so they can play. She is 4 times as big as the rest of our dogs so it's tough to play. She did have a problem with one of our dogs
