Story
This gorgeous girl is so lucky to be alive! We were driving down a busy four lane highway when we spotted her run across the highway barely missing getting run down by a large box truck. She ran into the parking lot of a Dollar General so we immediately pulled into the parking lot and luckily she ran up to our van and jumped right in! We tried and tried to find her owner but to no avail. It's hard to see in the pics but she has one blue eye and one golden eye. We suspect she had a little Husky in her but we did a DNA anyway, lots and lots of breeds in her DNA, including 5% Chihuahua! She's a super mutt! Clarice is spayed, fully vaccinated, crate trained and microchipped. She is available for immediate transport PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE LOCATED IN TENNESSEE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MEET OUR PETS PRIOR TO ADOPTION! ADOPTION FEE $600

Story
Danica is a gorgeous Husky/Aussie mix girl with the wonderful blue eyes and riveting beauty that touches everyone’s soul when they meet her.  She landed in a small town Kentucky shelter that has a euthanization rate and we feared for her life.  Found at a Pizza place on a busy highway her owner was contacted and he opted not to come pick her up so off to the shelter she went.  She was fortunately pulled from the shelter and now has the most wonderful opportunity to gain the perfect  home and family that Critter Cavalry Rescue has promised to find. This is young 1-2 year old girl that weighs about 45 pounds and is a perfect medium size.  She is fabulous with people and seems to do well with other dogs.  We have not cat tested her.  She is housebroken, learning the leash so 50/50 in that category of being good.  She is smart as a whip and eager to learn and be taught things.  She is a true beauty that would make any family or person proud to call their own.  If you are interested, please email us at ccrnewengland@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comApril 23, 2024, 4:30 pm

Story
Meet Snow! This handsome man loves many things! From long walks to pulling in a harness, Snow is your typical husky! Full of charm and energy. When he's outside, he's a completely different dog. He's confident, strong on leash, and LOVES playing in these April snowstorms! When he's inside he's a bit different. He's nervous of new people and is slow to warm up; he's unsure in new environments and will need a patient person to work with him. Here is some information from his previous owner:"Snow is a very sweet and friendly dog. He CAN BE shy and reserved at first. He LOVES female dogs and does well with neutral males; although he is not one to start problems with other dogs, he doesn't back down either. Snow will also jump fences and dig under, so he must be outside with a leash or a chain and under supervision. Snow also has a very high prey drive."Due to Snows high prey drive (Which we have seen here!) he's looking for a home WITHOUT small animals (Including chickens and cats) but he is willing to meet other dogs! As for children, due to his nervousness of new people, Snow is looking for a home with kids over the age of 16.Interested in meeting snow? Story
Meet Meeko! This is the happiest, bounciest, most energetic boy you'll ever meet! Meeko can take a second to get used to new people, when he does, he will drape himself across you and roll over submissively! Meeko is also pretty smart! He knows how to cani-cross, run in a pulling harness, jump fences, sit, and down! He can be strong on leash, though!Meekos ideal home would be free of cats and other small animals; typical to the breed, he has a high prey drive! As for children, due to his size and nervousness of new people, we are asking for no kids under the age of 12! Meeko does struggle with some resource guarding (Food and rawhide) so a home experienced with these behaviors would be a must. As for other dogs, Meeko has lived with other dogs previously! This is what his previous owner said about him: "Meeko does great with female dogs and neutral males."Interested in meeting Meeko? Swing on down to KVHS with the whole family (Including future dog siblings) to ask about him!

Story
Have you ever seen such an unusual Husky as this girl we call, Beautiful Berkley?   She looks like a cross between a Husky and a Wolf but that is all circumstantial but she sure does have that smoky, mysterious Wolf look to her face.  Her blue eyes definitely anchor her heritage in the Husky breed and she is young at just 2.5 years of age and 65 pounds.  This girl might look serious and formidable but she is a true lover who wants to romp and play fetch and then roll over for belly rubs and then will give you a kiss for treating to such special attention.  This girl has energy as you might expect from a young Husky.  She needs an exercise oriented human who can provide her with a fenced yard and who will work with time to play together.  Beautiful Berkley is wonderful with children and other dogs but does have the Husky prey drive and we will not allow her to go to a home with any cats at all.  We are so excited at what lies around the corner for Beautiful Berkley.  If you are interested in her please email us at ccrnewengland@gmail.com   PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.April 23, 2024, 4:30 pm

Story
My name is Astra and my sister and I, both landed in a shelter that is run by some very nice people.  They have reached out to Critter Cavalry Rescue to ask for help getting us out and in to a foster or forever home.  We do not have to go together but we are both very sweet 5 month old, 19 pound Husky/Aussie mix girls who are very happy and loving.  We need a nice active life with a couple, a single athletic person, or a family with children would be great too!  My coat of fur is super soft like an Aussie and my pretty ears stand up like the Husky breed.  I am going to be a 50-55 pound girl when I grow up and I bet I get lots of attention when you take me on walks.  I am ready for a new life with a fenced yard and lots of people for me to love!  Please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com if you are interested and please tell them where you live…city and state.  ccrnewengland@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.April 23, 2024, 4:30 pm
