I do know how to sit, I learned that quick since that is when I get treats. I am 30lbs right now and the vet does not think I will get much bigger. I ride well in a car, I don’t get sick at all! Roscoe is a great dog. We got him 2012 right before I deployed. Hes been a great addition to the family. When my son was born in 2019, they got along fine until my son started to annoy him a bit. He constantly roughed on him too much and would back him into corners. Roscoe never bit him with intention on hurting him, but more so catching his hand in his mouth warning him to leave him alone. I had to rehome him with my in-laws and until recently he was fine. In-laws are trying to rehome all their dogs and so Roscoe is back with me. I have a young daughter now who is worse than my son. Roscoe is old and he just wants to chill. He has a heart murmur, but he still loves to play, take walks, and eat treats. He still has a lot of life, I would just love him to go somewhere great to live the rest of his life. He’s been a great dog and doesn’t deserve to be kept behind a gate because of young kids. He’s very obedient, quiet and doesn’t bark.

Sushi is being fostered in CT. Sushi loves to cuddle and would love to have her own person and family; however she would do best as an only dog so she can get all the love to herself. She travels great in the car and will either sit on your lap for a short trip or in the backseat with a doggy car seat. She is housetrained and will go to the door to let you know she has to go potty. She eats like a champ and takes her insulin well. She also does great at the vet and loves her vet clinic friends. She sleeps through the night and is very easy going. Sushi is not interested in toys but loves to chew on vet approved bones. She loves to sleep on the couch with a comfy blanket, and she uses dog steps to get on. She can safely jump down as long as the floor is not slippery. I have a dog stroller for Sushi and she happily will sit in it and go for a ride or sleep in it when I am sitting at the computer. She enjoys going for short walks and gets excited when you put her leash on! She also does a very funny trot out in the backyard. BDRA has voted against the use of electrical fencing effective immediately.
