Scooter was rehomed from a family out of state. He is a loving dog who loves to play. He is a little over a year and still learning his size, weighs 65lbs. He did not have much exposure as a pup, and needs a relaxed environment. He can have a lot of energy, and would need a yard. He loves to play, and cuddle. He can bark at strange noises and when he wants attention. However, is usually quiet in the crate unless he whines to signal that he needs to go. He would do best as an only dog and adult-only or no-children household. And since he is still learning his size, he may be best suited for an experienced adopter. He has a crate, toys, and food to take to a new home.

Miniature Labradoodle that loves to cuddle with you on the couch and in your bed. Raised with older children and around children ages five and up. Loves to play with other dogs, enjoys going to her groomer, doggie daycare and even the veterinary office. Easy going walking in crowded streets. Does show stressors when left at home alone (cries and scratches at the door). Managed separation anxiety utilizing sturdy kennel and playing TV. Some days are better than others. Not recommended to live in a condominium due to excessive whining when she is stressed about being left home alone. House trained but still has accidents. Currently uses “porch potty” at our condominium. Needs you to walk with her in the rain to potty on bad weather days. More willing if she has a coat to walk in the rain. Great recall during off leash play. Allows other dogs to take food for her food bowl. Must be feed separately to ensure she eats.

Sassy is a sweet 3-5 year old lab mix (vet estimates on the younger end). She’s a big girl at 73lbs, but thinks she is the size of a lap dog. Sassy loves her foster family and will push herself up against them or flip up their hand so they will pet her. She can be fearful of new people and is selective as to whom she trusts. She will require a patient adopter and will do best in a quieter environment without a lot of new people coming in and out. Sassy loves being outside and will sit by your side for hours. She is friendly with the resident dogs, but seems to prefer her foster family to the other dogs. She is doing well walking on a leash and likes to keep by your side. Sassy will be a loyal companion for years to come if you give her a chance The adoption fee of $250  will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family. Hi! I am Gretchen, a 30 lb yellow lab mix tripod who is around 4 years old. I am super sweet, affectionate and love to give kisses. I'm pretty low-key and love having people around me. Even though I had my left hind leg amputated it hasn't stopped me from wanting to chase after squirrels and rabbits. I love playing with older kids (5 years or older). I don't really like large dogs because I'm a bit intimidated by them therefore prefer smaller dogs. I would also love a fenced in yard so I can run and chase squirrels and rabbits. I have a gentle spirit and playful nature. I am looking for my forever home with humans that will show me lots of love and affection. THE HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS adoption fee is just $99!
