Story
My wife and I have had Murphy for 7 years. He's listens well, knows many tricks and is very playful. He actively seeks human affection and attention. He is a little on the hyper side at times and loves to run around and burn off energy in the yard. The reason we are looking for a good new home for our dog is he just doesn't get the attention he needs. We have a 1 and a half year old daughter and are trying for baby number two so we have not been able to be as attentive to him as we would like to. He is great with our daughter but hey have been separated for the most part since she was born. He is great when playing with her and lets her pet him whenever she wants. We have kept them separate as sometimes doesn't know his own size so we don't want her to get trampled or accidentally scratched if the doorbell rings or someone comes over. He has been great with other dogs but has not had much expose to other animals. We are looking for a home that can give him the attention he needs.

Story
Winston is an 8 year old lab mix, adopted from Harbor Humane Society in 2019. It was just him and I at the beginning and besides some separation anxiety, he was a perfect fit for me. Over the years I adopted another dog and 4 cats which obviously changed the dynamic at home. He loves/needs to snuggle, play with tennis balls and loves to swim more than any other dog I've seen. However, he is a very anxious dog. Over the years I've tried all sorts of methods to alleviate this anxiety and keep him happy. What I have realized, is that he would be happiest in a home where he can receive more one on one attention than I am able to provide. I love him but it would be selfish of me to keep him in an environment he can no longer thrive in. His ideal home is one without many other pets in the home (ideally the only dog) where things are calm and structured with lots of walks and snuggles. He is not aggressive towards other animals but can become easily worked up with high energy dogs.

Story
Donatello is a striking 7-month-old dog weighing approximately 60 pounds. His sleek, black coat gleams under the sunlight, while his intelligence shines through in his quick grasp of commands. In addition to being a genius, Donatello has a playful, derpy personality that never fails to bring a smile to faces. His goofiness adds charm to his personality, making him endearingly clumsy at times. Donatello is an active pup who would relish the opportunity to romp on the beach, chasing waves and playing in the sand. His friendly nature and love for interaction make him a great companion for large, playful canine buddies. This Labrador and Pit Bull Terrier mix is ready to embark on new adventures and create cherished memories with his human family. Donatello is crate and potty trained, neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccines. His adoption fee is $275 and you can apply to bring him home at www.rescueofhope.com/adopt/ ##1863588##
