You never know who might be searching for this little guy Binks is a social little guy who has never met a stranger cuz everyone he meets is instantly his best friend. This little 10 pound guy will steal your heart the moment you lay eyes on him and you will fall madly in love after you hear his story! Binks was surrendered to Zoe's House due to uncontrollable seizures. His previous owners had a very active household and they were unable to provide Binks with the quiet, calm household he needed to live his best life. You see, Binks was born deaf. He cannot rely on his hearing to know what is going on around him and the high activity levels in his previous home were just too much for him to handle. Binks is currently on a low dose of meds for his seizures and they are now much better controlled . He will probably need to continue these meds (about $10 a month) for the rest of his life. Binks is currently in foster care with other dogs of all sizes as well as cats. He loves the other dogs and cats in his foster home and enjoys hanging out with them. He would do well in a home with other pets but he would also be perfectly content as the only "Apple of your eye A low activity home with no children is required for Binks. Visitors are fine, he actually loves kids but the constant commotion of an active young family will be too much for him to handle. Binks is neutered and UTD on vacines, dewormed, and microchipped. He is housebroken when taken out regularly, although regression is common in a new environment. He does not like his crate, at all... he actually HATES it and his protest bark is really loud! So a home where someone is around often would be ideal for him. He just wants to spend his days snuggled next to you on the couch or in bed with you at night. Meet Bunny. She is a miniature poodle that came to us from a commercial breeder. She is about 7 years old and weighs about 17 lbs. Bunny is on the more scared side, like a typical puppy mill dog. She is making some progress in her foster home. Bunny will do best in a home with another friendly small dog and a fenced in yard.  Bunny will need work on housebreaking. This is fancy Clancy, a shy little poodle who was rescued from a puppy mill. Clancy is around 5 years old and weighs 11 lbs. Clancy is sweet, gentle, and very quiet, but we expect this is because he is still shut down and hasn’t learned how to express his little personality (we see this a lot with mill dogs). Clancy likes to be around other dogs and would do well in a home with another confident dog who could show him the ropes. Clancy will need a family who is patient and will give him time to come out of his shell. During his initial months in a new home, as he builds trust, he will be a flight risk, so all family members must be very careful with doors/gates and he cannot be left unattended outdoors. Bennett! Bennett is an approx 2 yr old some sort of doodle who came to us as a breeding farm release, for unknown reasons. He is around 39 lbs. Although Bennett is from a mill type of situation and as such will need to play some catch up on socialization and training and some dog skills like walking on a leash, he is very sweet and is starting to show us some of his silly side. He was good and patient for his grooming and has started to play bow some of his favorite people. He is good in his crate and getting used to going outside for potty breaks. He is good with other dogs and overall just a really sweet boy who we know will absolutely blossom with a little patience and guidance from a kind adoptive home. Niall has had his initial vet visit and is up to date on vaccinations, and is microchipped. His adoption fee includes his neuter. Hi!! I'm Blanche The Bichon. I am 4 years old and I was surrendered from a commercial breeder. I've had a few litters of puppies but no more pups for me. I've been spayed and have all my vaccines. I am enjoying life in my new foster home. I'm a little timid and shy at first but I am learning what it's like to be loved. That petting thing is pretty nice. I really like the resident puppies here. We cuddle together. They have been teaching me what it's like to be a dog. I really like the warm jacket my foster mom put on me. It keeps me toasty warm. I'm learning to potty outside but sometimes I don't like going out in the cold. I am learning to follow my puppy friends outside. I've learned a lot so far but need a family who will be patient with me as I continue to learn. I really like to lounge. I enjoy being in my crate. I feel safe in there. I haven't quite figured out what toys are or how to play with them yet but I have such a sweet disposition. Blanche would do best in a home with another calm dog and no children under 12. A small fenced area would be best too as Blanche doesn't know how to walk on a leash yet. During her spay, we removed a small mammary tumor that was grade 1 cancer, but the good news is that it was caught early and the margins are all clear! Blanche is being fostered in Berks County.
