Story
Making shamrock wishes that you will be my family! 🍀🐾Hi, my name is Nutella! I’m new here from Alabama. I am equally obsessed with my foster momma, dad, and siblings. I live with two resident dogs and a cat along with another foster puppy. I may only have 75% of the legs they do but still have 100% of the fun!! My momma says I have no problem playing with the big dogs. My Foster mom says I still have that adorable puppy energy, am good at going into my kennel, and I am sure to do all of my business outside.Don’t let my 3 legs worry you, I get around like my 4-legged friends and the humans say I’m all healed up! I had my amputation around the end of April. I haven’t mastered the long walk concept YET but I’m practicing. I like short walks with lots of breaks, but I know I’ll gain stamina as my surgery dates get further away. Momma also thinks it’s so cute, whenever I shake, my entire body shakes with me. I sometimes stumble without my 4th leg but I don’t let it get me down! I sleep in this big bed and LOVE to snuggle. When Mom and Dad are at work I go right in my kennel. I can sit and come when called. Mom says I have the sweetest smile of all time! Mom and Dad keep saying what a good girl I am and how proud of me they are. I would love a forever family of my own. I can't wait to meet you.--------------------------------------------I will be your Lucky Charm" - Black Dog Syndrome PromoBlack dog syndrome, also known as BDS, is a phenomenon in pet adoption in which black dogs are ignored in favor of light-colored ones. For the month of March, Warrior Dog Rescue is taking $200 off the adoption price of our black pups 4 months and older that have been in rescue for a while to help you find your Lucky Charm. This is reflected in the adoption fee shown below. *some exceptions may apply*All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption. Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions. If they came to our rescue as an owner surrender, the breed description will be listed as provided by the previous owner.Adoption Fee - $275To apply for this pup, please submit an Adoption Application at http://warriordogrescue.com/adopt/adoption-application/

Story
WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Cameo - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Cameo, a beautiful name for a beautiful gal like me. I have the sweet natured attitude that will make me a great family addition. At 2 years old, I'm also at a great age where as I'm still playful but way past that destructive puppy stage. That sure makes for a nice combo for my new family. Oh and another nice thing...I'm already house trained too!! I have an amazing tiger striped pattern in my coat and show stopping amber colored eyes which make for a stunning combo!! My hairytage of the Mountain Cur and the Plott hound makes for the beautiful swirling stripe pattern of my coat, a genetic characteristic. My personality is sweet, sweet, sweet and I am very human oriented. I love giving and getting kisses and spending time with my people. Also, for a medium sized dog of 55ish lbs, I am a great snuggler!! I will wrap myself around my Foster Mum and delight in the attention!! I will stay there snuggling for as long as she has time! I walk well on leash and know how to sit and stay. I have great focus and pay attention really well. I am a people pleaser and will try to do whatever it takes to make you happy!! I get on well with most all other doggies and enjoy romping in the yard getting a good game of keep away or tag you're it going but I LOVE hoomans and haven't met a stranger yet, I'm pretty sure everyone is here just to give me lots of lovins!! :) I'm a great size to make you a pawsome action adventure type companion, whether it's going for neighborhood strolls, camping trips or hikes in the wilderness, I'm willing and ready! And then after our fun, I love my beloved snuggles by the fireplace (on the couch is fine too). I'm up for trying it all with...YOU!! If you are looking for a "dog of a different color", then look no further!! I for sure want to be your gal!!

He's a beautiful boy that loves snuggling and belly rubs once he gets to know you. He's shy in new situations and when meeting new people but warms up quickly. He loves playing with toys, chewing on bully sticks and pig ears, and will do pretty much anything for a treat! He's also a pretty quiet boy and rarely barks. Clyde needs to have a home with a fenced-in yard and no cats since he has some prey drive and startles easily at loud and unfamiliar sounds. He loves being with his humans but would do best in a home without small children since he is mouthy during petting and play and jumps up when he gets excited. Clyde is crate trained and potty-trained on a schedule. It would be great if Clyde found a home with another medium/large dog to play with and help him with his confidence. We're currently working on leash skills with him since he gets nervous on walks but having another dog next to him makes him feel more safe and secure. If you just give him a little bit of time and patience, Clyde will be a great companion to the right family! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. //   Find our applications at www.midwestanimalrescue.orgAdoption Fee $400 plus taxHelga aka Harley is a sweet, gentle soul who has gradually been getting comfortable in her foster's home. She has been doing so well and is starting to shine! Once she knows you, Helga will show her love for you by doing tippy taps when you walk in the door, snuggling with you at night, and maybe even kissing your face when you wake up. She is also so smart, she recently  learned her first command ‘touch’ and is ready  to learn more!  Helga is good with dogs and cats. She is most energetic in the mornings when she likes to run and play with her foster brother after breakfast.  Her days are spent relaxing in her favorite couch spot,  playing with her toys, and enjoying time in  the backyard. When the weather is nice she goes for walks by the river. If you’re looking for someone to hang with you and watch movies, Helga is your girl.  Helga would do well in a calm home with a predictable routine.  She will need a person who can be patient and give her the time she needs to trust and build confidence. It is also important she has another self assured dog in the home to show her that she can be brave. Helga would do best in a home with a securely fenced yard and no shared walls. Come and meet this wonderful pup, she would love a forever home to continue becoming her best self. *Helga would do best in a home with securely fenced yard and no shared walls.      Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  or    *The pet you are viewing is a rescued pet which is most often from an animal control facility and does not come with a pedigree. The breed(s) listed are our best guess and are in no way guaranteed. Sometimes the pets appear to be a particular breed(s) in the pictures we receive from our rescue partners and when they arrive we are surprised to see an entirely different breed(s) in person!  If you choose to DNA test your adopted pet, test results may vary from company to company and our breed guess may not be reflected in those results as it is just that, our best guess. It is with deep longing that we wish there was a breed called 'cute' as we believe all of our dogs would fall under this new breed classification! Completion of an Adoption Application via our website www.midwestanimalrescue.org is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is the first step in our adoption process.  *Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption. When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.  Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks. Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.   //
