Nala is a 6 year old medium size Whippet / Mountain Cur mix. She is very loving and affectionate and is great with small children and cats. She has never lived with other dogs, but has done well around dogs at the dog park. She is also kennel trained and her kennel is included. Nala is very playful and has a lot of energy. She would do best in an active household that will play with her often, take her for walks, etc. Her ideal home would be a house with a backyard that she can run around and play in. But she does not like to be outside alone, or for long periods of time, and is very much an indoor dog. My wife and I are both teachers and due to our busy schedules we are unable to give Nala the attention she deserves. We are also moving in a couple months and many of the home rentals we are looking into don't allow dogs or are asking too much for pet deposits and additional pet fees.

The trainer was impressed with his strength and ability to learn.
