Story
Mae is sensitive soul looking for a quiet, loving home to bring completion to. She thrives with patience and love and is very much seeking connection with someone she can trust. Mae is low energy and would make a great addition for a low energy family or single person looking for companionship. Mae currently lives with other dogs and does well with them. She can be very timid when first meeting new dogs but will warm up with time. Mae does not currently live with cats, but we suspect she will be fine with them given her gentle demeanor. Mae currently lives with children and does great with them. Mae is a couch potato who likes to snooze for much of the day. Mae is working on house-training, but is making progress with supervision. Mae came from a horrendous hoarding situation where over 80 dogs were living in deplorable living conditions, so she is still learning many of the doggy basics and working on trust. But she is a sweet girl and is slowly coming out of her shell. Mae is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. All Better World Rescue dogs qualify for complimentary private and/or group training to help ensure a successful adoption. If you would like to meet Mae to see if she is a good match for your family, fill out an adoption application so we can get you scheduled: www.betterworldrescue.org/adoption-application Upon receipt of your application, one of our passionate volunteers will call you within one business day to answer any questions and schedule a meet.

Story
Meet Molly 💖🐾 Molly is a 12lb, 2yr old Terrier mix. Talk about a diamond in the rough!! Molly is that girl!! Molly came into rescue scared and not wanting anything to do with me. Fast forward 3 weeks, and Molly has blossomed into the most loving sweetest girl you could ever meet. Molly loves to be held, loves to cuddle, takes treats gently, and although she gets along with other dogs, she really only wants to be with her people. Molly is a people pleaser and is treat motivated(when she trusts you), so she would be one to teach fun tricks to or just teach her basic manners. Molly will be shy and standoffish in her meet/greet, but if you’re willing to give her the time and space she needs you wont regret it. She is the diamond in the rough who will give you the most rewarding, heartwarming loving companion. Molly is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and up to date on her rabies vaccine. If you are interested in meeting Molly, please fill out an application at www.broketailrescue.org, located under the contact tab.

Meet the beautiful Annie. She is a 15 month-old, almost 29-pound, Border Terrier possible Boxer mix. She has a slightly scruffy white and apricot coat that is easy care. She has beautiful eyes.. Annie is somewhat shy with strangers but once you gain her trust, she is a TOTAL love! She likes to lay at your feet. Annie LOVES people food, especially chicken and is VERY treat motivated. She loves her toys and cozy dog beds. Annie loves to play ball and go bye, bye she enjoys belly rubs. Annie enjoys walks and walks well on the leash. She will be a wonderful companion for someone that enjoys doing the activities that Annie does. Annie will go to the door to let you know she needs to go outside. We use the command "go potty" and she goes right out to do her business. She has been spayed, microchipped and vaccinated. We feel she is best suited for a quiet/though active ADULT home. Story
Darling Elle Mae is looking for her forever home!. She is a 1-year-old, 12-pound, cream/gold, Brussels Griffon mix?. This beautiful girl was born without toes on her left foot (looks to be a birth defect) but she is PERFECT... this minor defect does not stop her from walking or running. Elle Mae loves her toys and enjoys playing with other dogs. She has beautiful eyes that will melt your heart! She is such a LOVE BUG and will love you with her whole being. She would love to hang out on the couch with you and snuggle in your bed at night. She would love to use your lap for a nice nap? She is the perfect companion! Elle Mae came to us as a stray and not claimed by her owner. She keeps her kennel area clean and uses potty pads at night. She may need some leash training. She will require occasional professional grooming. She is scheduled to be spayed but we are looking for her home now. She is microchipped and current on vaccinations. Elle Mae is waiting to fill your heart and home with love!
