Hi my name is Finn and I am the perfect “NYC Apartment Sized” Husky. I love going on long walks, exploring the world, and making new human friends. Whenever I go on walks, I’m like a celebrity. Everyone stops to say hi to me, both dogs and humans. I don’t mind though as I love making new dog and human friends. I may seem very energetic on my walks outside, but once I get home, I’m ready to snuggle up next to you and relax. At home, I like to chew on my bone, play with toys, and take long naps while my parents work. When my parents are available, I love cuddling with them on the couch. I’m 2 years old and I still have some puppy energy. I’m very food motivated and love training sessions! So far I’ve mastered sit, stay/wait, down, paw, look at me and many more commands to come. If you give me my two favorite treats, chicken or cheese, any command is possible. I’m also mostly potty trained and mostly crate trained. I can sleep soundly all night long in my crate. However, I’m still learning to be left alone in the crate when my humans are gone. I am very calm on subway trains too! Once you secure me between your two legs, I will stay there until it's time for us to leave. At home, I am a very quiet dog. I don’t even bark when my neighborhood dogs bark. But don’t let my quietness fool you, I am not shy. I am a very friendly dog and I love making new friends. I have so much love to give, so I hope I can show you what it means to have a Furry Best Friend.
