Meet Livvy!
Hey there, y'all! My name is Livvy, and I come to you as a southern lady who knows what she wants in life as a senior gal now! My short little legs and 45 pound body will lead you to believe that food and treats are something I'll never say no to, and your assumptions aren't wrong. Yes, I need to lose a couple-few pounds, but my foster pawrents are working on that with me, and I've come a long way in just a short amount of time! I should be closer to a small dog's size rather than a larger dog's size. I'd love to be your one and only fur-child, getting all the love and attention from my humans. I'm pretty curious about cats, so I shouldn't live with them, and other doggos can just be a bit too much for me. Some might say I have this thing called a prey drive, which is probably true, so animals that are smaller than me shouldn't live in the same house as me. I haven't met any kids in my foster home, but I could live with older, respectful kids. The little ones might be too much for me since I don't see too well anymore. I'm a smart girl and go potty outside, and not only can I go down the steps on the deck, I can also go UP them now!
Remember how I said I don't see too well anymore? Well, mainly, that's when it's dark, so I'm not quite ready for a white cane yet. During the day, I can see fairly okay. I'm a good girl on walks and love to get my sniffies in, which is a good thing since I'm on a strict weight loss plan. I might have short little legs, but I enjoy walking nonetheless. I have personality for days and will always keep you smiling. I enjoy getting pets, and I bet if I could get on the couch with you, I would because it looks super comfy! I'm going to need a home dedicated to helping me shed the rest of my extra fluff and love me beyond reason! If you can give me that commitment, I'll give you all of my love!
