This dog followed my son home. We already have two big shepherds and are unable to keep another dog. He is dog friendly but my male shepherd is overly stimulated around him. Carl is neutered and approximately 1-3 years old. He was chipped but that was apparently from when he was at a shelter. According to the chip company's files, there is no owner of record. Carl is playful, housebroken, knows several commands and overall a very happy dog. He was initially protective when eating, as we free feed, but now that he knows he will have food he is good with sharing. We are actively looking for any assistance and someone who can take him as soon as possible. Thank you.

Leon is a very strong boy with a lot of enthusiasm and gusto. He weighs 52 pounds and is excitable and jumpy. He is friendly with everyone he sees and wants to get to know them. He is affectionate and loves being petted. He was found as a stray and hopes you can offer him a home. We don't know yet if he is house trained but he does seem to know he is supposed to do his business outside. Please be patient if he needs a refresher course. He wants to lead the way while on a leash and does it with determination and eagerness. Try to keep up. He is very active and loves toys and running. He knows the sit command. We don't yet how he will behave around dogs or children. He is curious about and interested in his shelter neighbors and doesn't bark at them but his high-energy playfulness may be too much for calmer dogs. If you have a dog, they need to meet before you adopt him. Since he can be mouthy when he is overstimulated, he'll need to live with kids at least 12 years old. Please offer this lovable, handsome guy the home and family he needs. Petunia is an active older pup who loves to run and play. She rode well in her finder's car and stayed with him for several days. She wasn't around other dogs or children. At the shelter she is determined to make sure she is not overlooked. She is very vocal when seeing dogs, humans, or anything she thinks she needs to bark at. She is jumpy but knows the sit command. She also seems to know something about house training because she usually wants to do her business outside. She is excitable and eager on a leash and likes to lead the way. She is attentive . She is affectionate and loves to snuggle and give kisses. She weighs 26 pounds and plans to grow a bit but for now she is a good lap-sized pup.
