Story

Yagi is a small, male Samoyed mix about 4 years old. He was found abandoned in the streets and saved by a good samaritan who described him as being “very sweet”, skittish at first but warms up quickly once he realizes he’s safe, cooperative, knows basic commands like “sit” and “paw”, OK with most dogs if they have relaxed energy. She didn’t notice troublesome behavior except he just doesn’t like being crated or alone. He wants to know that someone is home. Yagi passed his wellness check with flying colors. He is located in Orange County and can be seen by appointment most days between 10am-2pm. Story

Arctic ended up in a shelter with another dog (a male). They were covered in fleas/ticks and she was terrified. She’s still skittish so will need a patient, loving, experienced adopter. Another Rescue picked up her friend, and SRSC rescued this beautiful girl. She’s been spayed, microchipped and vaccinated. She will need time to acclimate and learn to trust. Once she’s used to you, she is very loving. Best with no cats or small animals in home. Mia is a tennis ball girly and LOVES going on walks and runs. She is currently in a foster home with another female dog, two cats and a baby. She has done exceptional with both her foster sister Evie and their human baby. She has met several dogs on walks and really likes other female dogs, but not so much males. She could absolutely be fine around male dogs with time/training though. This is just what has been observed by her foster family so far. Overall Mia is gentle and takes cues well. She’s very human centered and just wants to stand with her people. Story

Blizzard was one of the 2 brothers on Riverside Shelter’s euthanasia list. He was very scared and would freeze in fear, but over the past week he has opened up so much with the help of his wonderful foster. Blizzard has met lots of friends and has been super playful and friendly with all dogs. He loves walks, hikes, and running. He would do very well with someone active! When he’s not running he’s enjoying a long nap at home. His foster says he is super sweet, gentle, kind and very curious. He loves to socialize with other dogs and humans. Blizzard is about 11 months old and weighs 40 lbs. He is up to date on vaccines and is scheduled to be neutered 4/19/24. He's currently located in Orange County. Stormy and his brother, Blizzard, were saved from euthanasia at the last minute. Stormy is 11 months old, neutered, microchipped and current on shots. He can be shy at first but he is very friendly once he gets to know you! He will come lay next to you and follow you everywhere. He especially loves exploring outdoors. He is an extremely smart dog! He mastered potty training in 2 days and is also nicely house-trained! He also responds alertly and cooperatively to directions. He's currently located in Orange County. Meet Tangi🧡 Tangi kept wagging his tail and staring at people even he finds people far from him. Tangi seems to say "I'm here". When people get closer to him, he acts happily. He was rescued from Korean city shelter right before euthanasia. [Health Condition] * Neutering: Done * Heartworm treatment was completed [Rescue Story] * Tangi was moved to the Gimje Shelter, where he spent a rather long time tied in a confined space. He is an adorable dog who smiled brightly and waged his tail wildly at Adogs staff who visited the shelter. Currently, he is running around and playing with other friends at the Adogs Center. [Basic Information] * Interaction with People : No fear of people at all! He wags his tail, and asked to be petted even by people he meets for the first time. * Interaction with Dogs: Gets along well with other dos at the center. Seems not to be the type of approaching and playing first. * Separation Anxiety: Still unknown as he's currently with other dogs at the Adogs center. * Potty Training: Only outdoor potty at the Adogs center.

Koji is a very kind soul!! He loves his family and we love him very much!! He loves and gets along extremely well with his little dog buddy Lilly. We adopted Koji and are believers of not rehoming our doggies. He loves to go on walks, be played with in the backyard and just laying around. He is not a full time outside dog. His coat in the summer makes him over heat. He is a very special breed and needs to be treated SPECIAL. He even sleeps on our bed with us!! He is not meant for dog crates at all. We are making a big move in our life right now and will be getting a home with our Son, Daughter in law and their 3 kids. We don’t want to have to do this but there is no other way.
