Ignores the cats. She is quiet, good in a crate, and seems to know to potty outside. She will do great in most households. Prior to adoption, I will be altered, vaccinated, health checked, dewormed, and micro-chipped. Talk about a SWEET GIRL! Lexi is one of the sweetest girls you'll meet. Think VERY small Shar Pei + you'll see Miss Lexi. Lexi loves to relax, sleep, cuddle + go for LOTS of walks. She lived with a child previously and did excellent - she was gentle and kind. She has lived with both dogs and cats and did fabulous! Name: Lexi Age: 9 years old Breed: Sharpe Terrier Mix Weight: 15-20lbs Kid-friendly: Yes! She previously lived with a child from infancy to 4-years-old + did absolutely amazing with them!  Dogs: Yes! When she's nervous (like new surroundings) she gets a little hyped up but lived great with another dog previously. Cats: Yes! She lived with a couple of cats prior and did great! Crate trained: Yes but not needed. She's a great girl! Potty trained: Yes! She can hold it for 8-hours. Health concerns: None Current medications & estimated costs: None Adoption fee: $325 As a rescue, we provide the care, procedures and testing that is available to us. Adopters will be responsible for continued preventatives, follow-up appointments, and medications (if applicable). At times, adopters will be responsible for procedures not completed in rescue (dentals, bloodwork, etc.)  Your new dog will receive their rabies and distemper vaccine.  $50 discount for seniors (65+) and veterans. Adoption fees help pay for the dog's veterinary exam, vaccinations (rabies and distemper) HW test and spay/neuter if needed and additional health needs specific to each animal.   Grey Face Rescue does not adopt outside of Minnesota for now. We apologize for the inconvenience.  We do not adopt animals to families whose current pets are not up-to-date on vaccinations or not altered. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons as stated by a veterinarian and we will require proof of that recommendation. Unfortunately she didn't have a good life as was found taking cover and hiding out in the bathroom stalls at the Missions baseball field. So you know about my "kissable" mug, right?? Shar peis have the big "fluffy" cheeks and soft sweet nose, not to mention the eyes that stare into your SOUL!! Yes, that is ME!!! Now I am a Shar Pei mixed girl, but it's as obvious when you meet me, as the nose on YOUR face :) I am Annabelle and I was dumped with my 9 puppies when they were teeny and I was starving :( LUCKILY, we were dumped by one of our AMAZING public servants (Fire Chief) and his wife, they knew they couldn't just leave us to die... SO THEY SAVED US!!! And let me tell you, we are A LOT of love, kissing and WRINKLES! My pups are all being adopted and I am ready for MY furever home too!!
