Story
**This dog is in boarding in Saint Catherine, and badly needs a home! Apply to adopt at lastminutedogrescue.comKenji was a stray when he was picked up by animal control and taken to a high-kill shelter. Hes been learning to trust people and is doing amazing! It took the kennel staff where he was staying several weeks to convince him he was among friends, but once he realized he really was safe, his beautiful, bubbly nature came shining through. He loves people he knows and once he warms up to you, he will never forget your face! Throw a ball for him or let him grab the mitten off your hand for a game of keep-away, and you've got a friend for life. Kenji is still afraid of strangers, especially men. His character in the absence of his triggers is gentle and loving to the core, but if he thinks someone is a threat, he'll lunge and bark aggressively. He really and truly just needs time to get to know new people before he will accept them -- he hasn't met anyone yet who he didn't warm up to after a few happy meetings. He would do best with women, but a patient man with a soft approach could definitely work his way into Kenji's inner circle. We've watched Kenji open up from his feral state and bloom into one of the most joyful beings we've ever known, so we have total confidence in his potential to be the Bestest Boy for someone really special. He will need support and training to work on his fear of strangers, but his companionship and affection are worth the investment. Kenji has been waiting a long time to belong to someone and he's really, really ready to go home now. If you think you and Kenji are a match, please don't hesitate to go to our website lastminutedogrescue.com and fill out an application to adopt him today! Location : Korea Adoption inquiries: wds3628@nate.com ▶ (relationship with dogs) : It takes some time to get closer at the first time but, she tends to get along well unless some dog tries to playing too much. She likes to hang out with their friends. ▶ (relationship with cats) : Not the severe hunting but, she is not friendly with cats. It is not recommended with the house where the cats are living. ▶ (relationship with people) : From the time of the rescue, she was on the alert but, not aggressive at all. She doesn’t come to you first, but she even doesn’t refuse to be touched. When she gets confident or strangers visit your house then she could bark at the first time. But she only barks without any other reactions like warning or other additional actions. ▶ (house trained) : outdoor defecation ▶ (walks on leash) : She can slowly do it well. At the first time, she feared cars but, now she is good at it. In the narrow roads, when the car or bike, motorcycle pass through, then she waits until the transportation goes. If you forcibly pull her, you must be careful because she would step back. ▶ (special notes) : She is domesticated while she spent more than one year with temporary protection family, but she is still afraid of people’s touch. She lives quietly and peacefully at home nowadays. There is no problem staying along with young children. She likes to listen to bird’s chirping and appreciating the scene of landscape while sitting on the deck. It is preferred the house with wide yard. I hope Meso meet the family who will take care and accept her at it is.

Story
My name is Gam, and I'm a 3-year-old Shiba Inu mix. Life's journey brought me to a university area in Gwangju City when I was just a wee pup, abandoned and wandering. Thankfully, I was rescued and found my way to a shelter where I've been waiting for my forever home. I'm a real people lover, but I can be a bit shy around strangers at first. However, offer me a tasty treat, and you'll quickly see my true colors—I'm eager to make friends and eager to please! I absolutely adore children and love to play with them. While I'm polite enough to say hello to other dogs, I prefer quality time with humans over roughhousing with my furry friends. If provoked, though, I won't hesitate to stand my ground. I might pull on the leash a tad during walks, but with a little guidance, I'm a quick learner and will happily trot alongside you. After our adventures, I'm more than content to relax quietly by your side. I'm also quite well-mannered when it comes to indoor and outdoor potty habits. When it comes to strangers, I might bark a bit to let you know they're around. However, if other dogs encroach on my territory, I'll give a warning growl and protect my food. But in the safety of my kennel, I'm as quiet as a mouse. If you're looking for a loyal companion who's equal parts playful and polite, then look no further! I'm ready to bring joy, love, and a whole lot of tail wags into your life. Let's embark on this adventure together! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KliE04E-CLk&list=PLIsLTtIpe3Jwe_e5-3EqS1BSOAqm7GSjr ❤ we accept both Canada/US applicants ❤

Story
Currently in Toronto foster home Meet this adorable pup with an incredible rescue tale! This sweet girl's mom endured a tough life in a tiny cage until she was finally set free, along with her entire family, thanks to a caring rescue team. Venturing out of her cage for the first time in four months, joy was initially timid but quickly transformed into a joyful, bounding bunny of excitement! She adores exploring the great outdoors and shows it by hopping around with glee. While a bit shy at first, she warms up to strangers over time, especially women, and can't resist a belly rub once she trusts you. Loud kids may startle her, but with patience, she'll be your cuddle buddy in no time. With other doggy pals, she's a social butterfly, getting along swimmingly with dogs of all shapes and sizes. Although she may playfully climb on smaller dogs, she's a peacekeeper preferring to stay calm and avoid conflicts. This charming girl lives harmoniously with three feline companions, engaging in playful antics without a hint of aggression. If the cats dart around, she'll join in the fun, showing her gentle nature. Energetic and curious, she thrives on outdoor adventures and loves discovering new places. Once she's exhausted her energy, she's perfectly content relaxing indoors. Although she pulls on the leash out of excitement, she's a champ at following directions. Busy streets and loud noises may spook her, but she's as quiet as can be—no unnecessary barking from this sweetheart! Transitioning to new environments can be intimidating for her, but with gentle reassurance, she'll warm up quickly, rewarding you with kisses once she feels safe. And did we mention she's a foodie? This girl loves her treats! She's also a chew addict, relishing in wood sticks and toys that keep her entertained. Car rides are a breeze for her, though she might jump out if too excited, so buckle up for a safe journey together! Baths are no fuss, and she's a pro at drying off—making grooming a breeze. If you're ready for a loyal companion who's as sweet as can be, reach out to welcome this delightful pup into your loving home! She's eager to share her love and joy with you.
