Story
Hi, I'm Kobe! I'm a 2 year old male Bernese Mountain dog but my foster family say I look more like a big teddy bear! I was surrendered to Zoe's House by a commercial breeder. I lived outdoors for most of my life. Learning about life inside of a home, was a whole new world for me. I was afraid to walk on carpets, go up and down steps, and eat out of a dog bowl. I felt more comfortable outdoors until I was introduced to a warm house! Now, I run up and down the steps, play on the carpets, and jump on the couch. I also sleep in a cozy bed with a fan on me. Kobe has a docile personality and loves to be around his family. He is truly a gentle giant who loves receiving attention. He is good with kids and other dogs, however, he wouldn't mind being the only pet. He currently lives with another dog and will play with her periodically. He is still learning how to play and interact with other dogs. He enjoys lounging outdoors and looks forward to his daily walks. Kobe is housebroken and does not have accidents in his foster house if taken out on a regular basis Potential adopters may need to meet Kobe several times so he can get comfortable with you. He is very shy and nervous the first time meeting people but is very loyal once he trusts you. Kobe is up to date on vaccines, spayed, microchipped, wormed and on monthly preventatives. He had bi-lateral eye surgery to repair entropion. The surgery was successful and he looks adorable. If you are interested in meeting Kobe please apply at www.zoeshouserescue.com. Please allow a few weeks for foster families to process applications. Kobe is being fostered in Center Valley, PA. All adopters should be prepared to travel to the foster home with their current dogs. Kennel License #9117 PO Box 2372 Reading, PA 19608

Story
Hi my name is Elroy!! Elroy is as perfect as a puppy can be! He is an adorable fluffy 4.5 month old mini bernedoodle who looks like a teddy bear and found himself in our care. Elroy loves everyone and everything, he even likes the vacuum. He is a confident adventurous pup who plays all day and sleeps all night in his crate. He loves to meet new dogs and people, plays non stop with his big foster sister and our cat who is less enthusiastic but warming up. He is ideally searching for a family with another playful pup who wants to romp and chase, and or humans/kids who want to provide fun filled activities to keep him mentally stimulated and engaged. He is very smart and is ready to learn. He loves to hug and will put his head on your shoulder and his face up against your face. When you hold him he sits like a baby in your arms. He has not chewed one single thing since being with us as long as he has toys to chew on. He loves to steal dandelions, leaves, dish towels, socks and shoes as toys. Elroy loves to play fetch and he will bring back the ball(pickleballs are his favorite), has great recall, walks on a leash, rides in a car and is potty trained but regression in a new place is to be expected. Elroy is up to date on his vaccines, is neutered and will require regular grooming. Right now he has a puppy coat so it's hard to say what his adult coat will be, but expect light shedding... and as for his size, our best guess is around 30 lbs! If your home can provide the perfect balance of adventure & fun, with the right amount of cuddle time, Elroy is the pup for you!! Elroy is located in Chester Springs and if you are interested in him the whole family would have to be willing to travel there to meet him. Kennel license # 9117 Po box 2372 Reading pa 19608
