Story
This is a very difficult decision but honestly I am at my wits end. Charlie needs someone who can be with him all the time. He used to be house trained but now he is in diapers all the time because he messes the house even after we have let him out and watched him potty. He barks a lot at nothing for long periods of time. We have been to three vets and tried numerous medications and have worked with trainers to no avail. I do not want to euthanize him so I am hoping there is someone out there that can help him. He is 13 years old. I am being 100% honest here so that people know what they are signing up for. He would make a great companion for a home bound individual as his behaviors are better if you are constantly with him. We cannot be with him like that and his continued messing in the house is becoming costly. I am devastated to be at this point. If you would be able to give him a good home I would be forever grateful. He weighs about 8lbs
