Words cannot express how absolutely beautiful the coloring of Herman’s coat is, he is stunning! This sweet puppy is estimated to be about 6 months old and weighs 42 pounds. Herman is some sort of mix breed but we think possibly some Weimaraner, lab, and some staffy in the mix. Here are some nice facts about him: Goofy Affectionate Playful Loose and wiggly Nice Wants to please you Kind eyes Can be a little submissive Loves tennis balls Adorable smile Seems more drawn and at ease with females right now If there is another nice doggy sibling in the home, may do best with a calmer dog playmate Needs a home where any children are at least 4 years old If you are interested in Herman and are at least 21 years old, please come to our kennel during business hours, make an appointment, or fill out an application at k9stray.com and an adoption counselor will be in touch. Every question must be answered, and it must be signed.-Applicants must be 21+ years old and live within a 50-mile radius of our shelter at 22415 Groesbeck Hwy, Warren 48089.-You must identify at least 1 animal that you are interested in.Once your application is received, it will be assigned to one of our volunteer Adoption Counselors who will follow-up with the applicant who is the best fit within a few days, or to discuss other options. It could take up to a couple of weeks for you to receive a final disposition on your application so there is no need to check on the status.-Introductions will be scheduled by appointment only, 30 minutes per appointment. The entire household, including current dogs, must be present for the appointment. (Note: Please do not bring your dogs if you are meeting cats!). The introductions will take place outside in our parking lot (or in our cat room if you're meeting cats).-We will continue to perform vet checks for current and prior pets in the household.-Finalizing the adoption will also be scheduled by appointment.Thank you for your understanding.
