Story
Ginny Rose has had a difficult life. She was used for breeding for the first 5 years of her life, then discarded when she was no longer profitable. She has no ill will towards anyone or anything, but is terrified of the world. She will need an experienced, adult-only, compassionate and very patient home that is completely dedicated to making sure she never has to be uprooted again and that she is given the time she needs to adjust to a new life. Ginny Rose will need to come around in her time, and not be forced to follow a timeline placed upon her. It may very well take months, but we have no doubt this beauty will blossom in the right home with the right people or person. Requirements to adopt Ginny Rose: *Experienced dog home, preferably with a retired breeder dog or fearful dog *Adult-only home that has a calm & nurturing environment *Prefer to have another calm, adult dog that will be a mentor for her; no excitable, jumpy dogs or puppies *Must own home with a secure fenced yard Ginny Rose is a purebred Wheaton Terrier who was born 8-4-18 and weighs 43 lbs. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested heartworm negative and started on heartworm prevention. Adoption fee is $350 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
