Much like my namesake character from Star Trek: The Next Generation, I am small but mighty and a true protector! I am also (partially) blonde and my funny tiny ears match Tasha Yar's short hair. Also like Tasha, I have had a rrruff life before now and am happy to start anew. I have a little bit of a funny appearance. I have my tiny ears, looong legs, and my eyes sometimes go out to the sides. It's really hard to know what breeds I may be mixed with. All I know is that I'm super sweet and loving but have no problem being feisty too. I'm still a pup after all! I love to wrestle with the other dogs in the house and we get along great, though I do have to eat separately. I get barky when I have food because I feel the need to protect it! I am doing amazing with things like house training, leash training, and being comfortable with car rides. Behind my tough exterior, I'm actually a very sweet and snuggly girl! Ava is a sweet dog that loves attention. She is playful, loves to run and be around people. As far as her new home she would need someone who will pay attention to her. She is crate trained (though she is not fond about it) but when she is out she wants to be near you. She loves anything soft to lay on and if nothing is around she will find the nearest shirt on the floor and lay on that. She is a rescue from hurricane Michael and does not like to be let outside during rainstorms and if she is let out she goes out and finishes her business and will quickly return to the door. She love walks and cuddles and will lay on your lap or you feet any chance she gets. She also has a sister Luna (a black and white whippet mix) that will also need to be adopted. It is not a requirement but i did want to also put that information out there

Story

Luna is a good dog and super sweet when you get to know her. She get a bit nervous around new people but she is still as sweet as can be. She not aggressive at all she is good with other dogs, children and even cats. As far as her new home she would need some one who will be patient with her. Luna is a rescue and though it was never confirmed we believe the situation was not a good one, however she has come a very long way! She does take a little to warm up to you but when she does she will make herself comfortable right in between your legs if you allow it. She is crate trained, likes to go outside and play and go on walks but she will also be ok with finding a spot and relaxing near you. She also has a sister Ava (a tan whippet mix) that will also need to be adopted. It is not a requirement but i did want to also put that information out there.
