Story
Crus is a 4 year old male neutered American Pitbull. He is a very sweet boy and like to go for walks and sunbathe in the summer. He thinks he should be a lap dog and loves to cuddle up. He like to play fetch and know basic commands. He would do best as an only pet. Cruz does have environmental allergies so does require daily oral medication and his ears cleaned/medicated 3 times a week. His ears a deformed due to chronic ear infections not being treated. Cruz requires sedated nail trims done by a veterinarian. He does have some special needs, but he is totally worth it. He is a very loving and loyal dog.

Story
Location: Plymouth, MN My name is Hank. My foster hoomans say I'm a good boy with a big head, how rude! I love attention! I like to be where my hoomans are so that I can get all the belly rubs. I learned that if I put my paw up, the hoomans will scratch my belly and paws. I just love the belly scratches, they makes me smile. I can sit, shake, and stay (ok, I'm working on that last one a little). I try to be good in my kennel and bark for a minute so someone will notice me. When they don't, I just take a nap. I love to sleep on the hooman beds but I'm ok in my bed at night as well. I wait like a good boy in the morning to go outside too! I like to go for walks and don't even bark at other hoomans or dogs when they walk by. I love the snacks on the ground during the walks (my foster hoomans call them helicopters and leaves?). I only pull a little on the leash when I'm excited to smell a new smell. I don't think I have met a cat yet. I'm curious about the little furry thing they keep in the cage (the hoomans call it a Hamster). I'm excited to be around other dogs but sometimes they is scared of me (that makes me sad). I like to protect my toys and sometimes bark if the other dogs touch them. I don't bite the hoomans, I likes to lick them. Especially when we snuggles with my bankets and they gives me the treats. I like the bigger hooman kids because they is not scared of me. The little ones are ok. My dream home would have the older hooman kids, and another dog my size that I can plays with; or a home by myself so I can get all the attention. I like other people but need to make sure they are safe for my family first. Please come adopt me so that we can go on all the walks. I am so excited to find my forever home so that I can cuddle with my hoomans and lay with my bankets. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Story
Location: Centerville, SD Hi! My name is Happy, and have you ever seen a smile as big as mine? It matches my playful and lovable personality! Toys, treats, and getting pet are some of my very favorite things. I'm a great pal to both people and other dogs. My playful puppy energy comes out when I'm playing with canine friends, but I also enjoy taking breaks from play-time to hang out and chillax with my people. One thing my future family should know about me is that I've been known to climb gates and go exploring... (hey, I'm just curious about the big wide world out there!) My foster mom says I do great in my kennel, and potty training is going great when I'm kept on my schedule. I'm a goofy, happy, loving guy who's ready to meet my new family and bring lots of smiles to their faces! ----- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Story
Location: Centerville, SD Hi, I'm Skip! I'm a happy, goofy guy who can be a little shy at first, but once I get to know you, I love snuggling and being pet. (My foster mom says I sometimes give affectionate 'love nips,' but it's just because I'm so excited when someone is petting me!) I'm good with other dogs and love to play with them. Sometimes I get a little protective of my stuff (like bones and toys), but I'm working on that. I don't mind my kennel, and I'm excellent company! I like to lounge around chewing a bone or taking a snooze. My foster mom says I'm a super fast learner, and I'm food motivated (treats, please!). In other words, I'm one smart, lovable, trainable fella! I've been waiting a long time to meet my forever-family. Are you my new person? :-) ----- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Location: Alcester, SD Carol is a sweet and loving dog, who will do well in a home where she can get a lot of exercise. A fenced-in backyard would be awesome. She is house trained and kennel trained. She has done very well with both. She has a kind heart and wants to love. She has been working on some walking skills with a gentle leader harness so she doesn't tug so much. This has gone quite well. Carol takes a low dose of anxiety medication, which helps calm her down a little bit. She gets along with other dogs, as long as they are submissive. She wouldn't do well with cats, as she enjoys chasing them. While she enjoys children, Carol isn't the ideal dog for a household with children under five years old as her energy level might be too much, and she could unintentionally knock someone over. ---------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Story
I got Rose from a local breeder in Phoenix, AZ. She is almost three years old but still looks like a puppy. She’s the BIGGEST cuddle bug and loves to be around people. That’s the reason I am unfortunately looking for a new home – it breaks my heart but she deserves to have more love / attention than what I can offer her right now. I hope to find a family that will give her loads of attention, love, and play time. Rose is a couple words is a cuddly, loving, playful, and the ultimate companion.
