Mojo was found as a stray and we made every effort to find his owners but to no avail. He is an Aussie mix and of course with the breed comes high activity. I will say that he loves his down time though! He is NOT an apartment dog. He needs a good sized fenced yard. He is not great in a crowd of dogs but will do well with a sister or brother to play with. He hasn't been tested with cats so we don't know about that. The vet believes his age to be about 6 years. He's neutered, vaccinated, crate trained and heart worm negative. He is more than ready for his forever home! ADOPTION FEE $400 PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE LOCATED IN TENNESSEE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MEET OUR PETS PRIOR TO ADOPTION!

Story
This precious girl came from one of the worst hoarding situations that we have ever dealt with. there were over 100 dogs on the property, none of them spayed or neutered. Finally, the authorities went in and they managed to get ALL of the dogs out of there. Filthy dirty situation, sick puppies, you name it. We choose to take Blossom home to our rescue because her eyes were begging us for love and attention. She was very pregnant and two weeks after arriving, she gave birth to 7 heathy puppies! Every single puppy was different, every singe puppy had a different daddy! We think that Blossom had never been paid any attention to because she was so shy. Once we weaned her babies we took her out of the nursery and into the house where she just blossomed! That's how she got her name! Her puppies have long since been adopted and now it's her turn. We actually did a DNA on her and it came back with 4 different breeds, which we kind of figured from the beginning. Australian Cattle Dog, Labrador Retriever, Pit Bull, Boxer. Yes, she is truly a "Mutt!. She is extremely smart and will do anything for a treat. I want her to have a nice fenced yard with lots of room to run. Cattle dogs are working dogs and they need lots of exercise! She is spayed, crate trained, fully vaccinated, microchipped and house broken, truly a gem! Ready for immediate transport. ADOPTION FEE $400 PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE LOCATED IN TENNESSEE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MEET OUR PETS PRIOR TO ADOPTION!

J J was found as a stray and was brought to the rescue by the people who found him. We tried to locate his owner but to no avail. We were pretty stumped as to what his breed mix was so we did a DNA on him. Turns out he is a mix of Brittany Spaniel, Australian Cattle Dog, Australian Shepherd, Chihuahua, Yorkie and a whole bunch more! In other words, he's a mutt but he's got some petty good genes in his little self! He's smart, he's high energy and he's absolutely adorable! He's crate trained, fully vaccinated, heart worm negative and microchipped. Ready for immediate transport. Story
Fletcher is a 10 month old Red Heeler/Beagle mix He’s about 45 pounds and just about done growing He is a medium/high energy dog and he LOVES to play! He loves all dogs, of all sizes and breeds. He currently lives in a home with several other dogs and cats. He is crate trained and potty trained and does very well in his crate. He is exuberant in all things in life. He loves people, does well with children (can be a little jumpy out of excitement), and is a wonderful happy dog to be around. Fletcher loves toys, and enjoys walks and hikes. He’s a goofy guy who wants to make you laugh. Thank you so much for your interest in adopting a dog from A New Chance Animal Rescue (https://anewchancear.org). These costs are high and the number of lives we can save is entirely dependent upon donations from people like you. We do not receive funding from private foundations or government sources. If you can find room in your heart to help us, with any amount, we are truly grateful (https://www.anewchancear.org/help/donate/). We are a 501c3 organization, so all donations are tax-deductible. I'm Cattle Dog/Aussie mix, Iris, and I'm on a mission to find my forever family (or foster family until then)! I’m an 18 pound social butterfly– I get along great with other dogs, making me the perfect addition to any furry friend-filled household. My journey hasn't been easy – I was once a stray, wandering the streets alone. But despite my rough start, I've never lost my sweet and friendly nature. Whether it's playing fetch in the backyard or curling up for a cozy nap on the couch, I'm eager to spend quality time with my future family. Let's embark on this incredible journey together, creating memories that will warm our hearts for years to come. Fill out an application today and be the hero I've been waiting for! Story
Blue is a 3-year-old Australian Shepherd who was surrendered as his owner developed severe allergies. Blue is a friendly guy who likes everyone he meets and enjoys playing with other dogs. Blue lost his hearing when he was younger, but understands and responds to sign language! We have a video of the signs he knows for anyone who adopts him. The benefit to his condition is that he does not startle from loud noises. Blue is crate trained and housetrained and loves going for walks. He can be a strong puller on walks when he sees another dog as he wants to say hello. Blue is up to date on his vaccinations, microchipped and neutered.
