Story
Are you looking for a sweet and fun loving dog? Then Ella is your girl! Ella is super friendly, happy, and always up for playing outside or snuggling. When Ella first entered our care, she had a bad case of "happy tail." Happy tail is when a dog wags their tail so often and vigorously, it injures the tail. But no worries, she's all healed up now and verified as a happy tail kind of dog. Ella is also a very smart girl and already knowing some basic tricks. Ella absolutely loves to play ball and gets the zoomies with excitement for play time in the yard. Ella seems to love all people and enjoys being around others. She previously lived with children and would love a family of her own again. Ella loves playing with other dogs and making friends. Her favorite thing is to play chase with other dogs. Please fill out an application to meet our sweet and happy Ella! She can't wait to meet you. Story
Mishka was found out on her own and no one came to claim her. She is still very young so she moved into a foster home to help her learn about living in a home. She plays well with the dog in the home and loves her toys. She is inqusitive and surely will be a smart dog. She has lots of potential to grow into a beautiful dog. She has the cutest little tail just like a tiny bear cub. She has lots of puppy energy and is very affectionate once she meet you. Story
Spunky, full of life, higher energy. Would like another dog in the home to play with. Laverne - Spunky and full of life. Laverne is the perfect pal to keep you on your toes. She loves playing with other dogs bigger than her, and is an extremely fast runner and high jumper. She’s quite the athlete, she’s even attended her first agility class. Once you make sure to get all her energy out for the day she will cuddle up next to you and would love lots of belly rubs or neck scratches. Laverne would do best in a home with children age 5 and above due to her high energy levels.

Story
Introducing Chambord! She’s a very easy going 6-year-old Red Heeler mix with a sweet and kind personality. Known for her laid-back and chill demeanor, Chambord is happiest lounging around and enjoying the simple pleasures of life, like resting on the soft couch or rolling in the fluffy grass (or snow, if she must.). She's a pro at potty training and always keeps her crate tidy. Chambord does well with other dogs and we expect kids would be welcome as well. We do not have cats to test her with, so we would recommend cautious and supervised interactions. There's one critter we know she's not too fond of though – the mysterious raccoon that has taken up residence under the deck. Despite her distaste for the raccoon, Chambord remains a lovable companion with a gentle spirit that's always happy to greet her people at the door. She’s spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and ready for her forever home. If you’re interested in adopting Chambord, please complete an application at www.sandipaws.org.Thank you for your interest in a Sandi Paws Rescue, Inc. Please visit our site at sandipaws.org for more information on our organization or to fill out an application to adopt one of our pets. You can find information for volunteering on our site as well.

Story
We have had Chico since he was a baby, my mother bought him for my eldest, and he ended up my responsibility lol. He is supposedly a red healer and he is a bundle of energy. He is constantly around my 4 kids (a teen, twin 8 year olds, and a five year old). He was a covid dog though so he isn't very socialized with lots of people or animals. My mom lives with us and she has a small dog that he gets along with fine. He really does need someone who will socialize him as I just do not have the time. He needs a family with a yard that is fenced. I do not have the money or permission to install a fence on my property and he is a runner. He has so much energy and just wants to run around. I have to walk him on a leash cause he slips out of every type of tie out I have tried, there for every time i open the door without putting him in his kennel first he is off!!! He has come to taking that as play time and has turned me getting him back into a game. He loves to ride in the car!
