Story
Ube is an amazing, loving doggo. We are moving across the country and are not able to take her with us. We believe a good home for Ube would either include a big backyard where she can run and play, or with someone who is active and can take her on regular long walks or runs. We also think Ube could be great at agility or similar. Uber is fully house trained, is comfortable in her crate and out of it. She loves to play fetch and ask for pets. She can can be shy with new men. Please reach out with any question! We are very hopeful to find Ube a wonderful new home.

Story
We adopted Finn about four years ago. He was found on the side of a country road with severe wounds from being shot with a pellet gun (P 4). He is a very snuggly/playful dog and great with people. We are looking to rehome him for the following reasons. We now have two kids and no longer can work from home like we did when we adopted him. He needs a good amount of attention and I think because of that lack he is starting to bark more and is becoming aggressive on walks (we do walk him with another dog and they can riel each other up). He has also been vomiting randomly for the past few years (a few times a week), this may be caused by the bullet near his throat. We have explored getting the bullet removed but were advised it would cost about $5K and the procedure could kill him or not solve the vomit issue. We have small children now and the vomit issue is not conducive to providing them with a sanitary place space in our relatively small home.

Story
In Murfreesboro, TN - Huck is a high-energy, medium velro young chap who is ready to find his forever home (and he’s hoping it comes with a canine buddy). He’s a lean 50 lbs, Australian Shepherd ,about 1-2 years, housebroken, neutered and up to date on shots. Huck is great at follow the leader, he looks for direction from his foster brother for everything… from play style to mischief and everything in between. He would do best in a home with another active dog who enjoys playing. Favorite games include chase, wrestle, keep away and tug. His herding instinct is prevalent during playtime, he will nip and herd to get his canine friends to engage. His face lights up with joy when they take the bait and play chase! Huck has yet to learn the meaning of a straight line on walks, finding nearly everything fascinating. He still has work to do on loose-leash walking; a no-pull harness has helped significantly. He’s very interested in fast-moving objects, 10/10 would chase cars if he was able, so a confident leader is needed. Huck is primarily interested in canine friends, but is quick to cuddle when invited and would sleep in as long as possible! Huck is not a fan of being crated, though he can be enticed with a treat. He doesn’t do well if left alone (as demonstrated by his expert demolition of a soft crate), but has proven he can be left home un-crated if supervised by his foster brother. He’s super friendly with strangers however has not been tested with cats or kids. Mealtime is a highlight of the day; dogs are fed separately at his foster home and he does well, but has shown he’s willing to protect any high-value food he may stumble across (like chicken). He’s eager to learn for treats! Huck will be a fabulous addition to an active household with a canine buddy or pack he can join! His oversized paws will take up an oversized spot in your heart ? ?? Currently fostered in Murfreesboro, TN (if adopted in the area his foster brother would LOVE to have play dates). Here is the link to the application: https://www.australianshepherdsfurever.org/available-pets There is an additional $20 microchip fee which includes registration and transfer to his new family. All adoption fees are used for future rescue efforts.

Story
Roscoe (Nashville TN) is ready for his FurEver Home! 3 years old & 90 lbs (Gentle Giant) Up to date on ALL vaccinations Microchipped HW neg/on preventative Crate Trained & Potty Trained Good with other dogs (submissive), cats, ducks, chickens and bigger livestock. Incredibly shy at first but he is a protector (non aggressive shepherd) and hard lover. Don't let Roscoe's size deter you, he is very laid back, low energy and loves walks. He is new to leash walking, so he does need to have his harness, so he doesn't pull you down. He is a strong boy, but listens well when called to ease, during a walk. He gets excited when going outside or seeing a squirrel but doesn't chase. He will take a treat from you, when you ask him to sit and is so gentle while doing so. Roscoe loves tummy scratches, laying on the porch during morning coffee and being brushed. His favorite is ear scratches! His FurEver family would be so blessed to have this big snuggle bug! If interested in Roscoe, please fill out an application and he would love to meet you/your family! Phoenix is ready to find her Furever Home, fur real this time!! Have you ever met a beautiful babygirl, that thinks you are the most perfect human in the world??? Meet Phoenix! (Nashville, TN) Phoenix is 2.5 years old, with the most beautiful personality and she is insanely smart! She is younger so she is looking for an active and loving family that will play ball, tug o war, walk, run and hike with her! Her ideal family, will continually challenge her mind and agility, have time for her, have a good area for her to run, be patient, give her so much love and will let her be the Velcro pup she is! Children over 5 in the home is ideal, because of Phoenix loves to run/jump, and can be a little clumsy when she is super happy or gets the zoomies. Phoenix is leash trained, crate trained, potty trained, great with other dogs and is food motivated. She loves to tell you what she wants and speaks when she is ready to go potty, will let you know when it's breakfast/dinner time and will drop toy/sit/speak for you to toss it again. Her favorite thing to do, other than playing fetch, going for a walk, eating, and playing with the other fur friends, is watching out the front window. She loves being outside!
