Quincy is a big puppy goofball! He is mostly blind and deaf and currently working on adjusting to his disabilities but eager to learn. He loves to be active, has learned to play with toys, loves playing in a big dish of water and has energy for days! He will need to be on a routine and slowly adjusted to new things while getting used to his new life. He needs someone experienced and who will continue on his training routines. Quincy takes a doggy one medication daily for life that he happily eats with a little peanut butter after his morning breakfast. This boy is looking for a best friend and will follow you around and lay anywhere he can be touching you. He is currently adoptable and looking for the best fit, his adoption fee is $200! He has no interest in cats, he loves other dogs but needs a break if they're too playful.. Story

Cybil is such a silly girl! She is a high energy, tiny 38lb, 18 mo old girl that would do best with someone that will run with her. Lots of long distance walking and hiking would also be ideal. She does still need more leash training but she’s very intelligent and learns quickly whatever it is you ask of her. She is extremely food motivated so she’s always excited to play training games. She is very affectionate so needs someone to cuddle with, too. Cybil can be a bit bossy when she meets other dogs so she should be the only animal in the home. Although she does like to run and play with neutral tempered, medium size dogs, so after a proper introduction, she could develop friendships with other familiar dogs. No kitties please. Cybil can be a little reluctant to engage with high energy children so kids must be over 14yrs old. She must have a 5ft or higher, securely fenced yard. She is crate and house trained, as long as she has frequent outside potty breaks. A doggy door would be perfect. Story

He is very high energy and needs an experienced adopter that can continue his training. He is brilliant and eager to learn— he loves treats of all kinds and responds very well to learning new commands. Currently he follows the sit and lay down commands consistently, and is coming when called without distractions. He gets very excited at new people and jumps when greeting them. For the time that I’ve had him he has only ever slept in the bed with me, and he loves cuddling. He will come to you with a harness and leash, and large crate if you would like— although he hasn’t been crate trained and uses a “carseat” during travel. He doesn’t like getting into vehicles and still shows signs of separation anxiety. He is such a sweet and sincere and faithful and playful boy. I’ll miss him with all of my heart and I’m hoping somebody can provide the space to run and the attention to finish training that he needs.

Story

Beemo is a 65 pounds of love, who loves to be with his person at all times. He’s extremely affectionate and a real cuddle buddy. He loves playing outside, going for rides in the car, and sometimes just curling up on the couch for movie night. Beemo gets along great with other dogs and currently lives with his 11 year old foster brother Winslow, and the two are inseparable. This gentle giant walks well on leash. He is playful and is always very relaxed and sweet with people. He is truly a great companion who just wants to be loved and be your shadow. Beemo has been fostered with several other dogs and has had the time of his life getting to play with all of them. He’s never lived with any cats that we know of, but he’s never become reactive at the sight of a cat before. He has let kids of all ages pet him and loved every minute of it. Beemo would do best in a family who can offer him regular walks to make sure that he stays healthy. He is not a highly active pup, and once he wears off his energy, he turns into a couch potato. A home with a fully fenced yard will be a great option for him, so he could get his zoomies whenever possible. Beemo is only 2 years old, and fully vetted, current on vaccination, and is neutered and microchipped. He is also heartworm negative and kept on preventatives. Beemo is currently being fostered in Houston, but can travel to any state, even Canada to the right home. FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED: Say hello to Lincoln! He is a very high energy, active and sweet 2-year-old, 40 lb Australian Shepherd. He is a happy boy and loves to get attention from his people! He will do great with a family that understands herding dogs and their needs. He can be strong willed and is still working on basic obedience and will need a family that will continue his training. He is working on not jumping up and mouthing right now so he needs an adult only home or a home with kids over 14. He is super sweet, but he has a lot of happy and unfocused energy. He is very smart and will thrive with training. He would love to be in a home in a suburban or rural neighborhood with a securely fenced yard for him to run and play. He will do best in a home where someone is home much of the time. He likes other dogs but can play very rough with them and would rather spend time with his humans so for that reason we are looking for a home for him as an only dog or with another dog who is able to handle his rough play. He will need an adopter that will keep him physically and mentally active and would make a great jogging or adventure buddy. He is up to date on all of his vaccinations, microchipped and neutered. FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED: Meet Fury! He is a 9-year-old, 55 lb Blue Merle AKC registered Australian Shepherd who was surrendered to us as his owner could no longer care for him. Fury loves to be petted, pampered and groomed. He likes to play by himself with soccer balls and plushie toys, he tosses then around and chases them independently. He loves to lounge in the sunshine. Fury would like to find himself his very own retirement home where he can be an only dog with his own securely fenced yard to relax in during the day, and a cozy kennel at night. He would do best in a home where he can be the only pet. He walks well on a leash for the most part but can be leash reactive and he does not care for other male dogs or dogs who get in his face on leash. He will lunge at cars that pass by as his herding breed instinct takes over. For this reason, he would do best in a quiet suburban or rural neighborhood. He’s been gentle with the young child in his previous home under supervision but nips at the butts of anyone who runs next to him so it is recommended that he goes to an adult only home or with children over 12. When feeding time comes around, he acts as if he is going to be food aggressive/possessive by growling and sounding scary but is really just a marshmallow with no follow through. Fury is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and neutered. His adoption fee is $350.
