9 months old.  Grady & Gunner came to us as breeder surrenders.  They were not well socialized with people.  They are not mean, but they are shy/skittish with people and will take patience and TLC to acclimate to a new home and family.  They love other dogs.  They do not need to be adopted together. To submit an adoption application, visit mollysplacerescue.org. Fill the form out completely, print, scan and email back to mollysplace@verizon.net. You must obtain pre-approval prior to visiting the dog or cat. Adoptions fees include the following:    spay/neuter surgery,  microchip and registration,  age appropriate vaccinations,  initial dewormings,  Activyl for fleas,  tested for FeLV and FIV (cats only),  bubble bath prior to going home (dogs only) WE do not "HOLD" animals without an approved application and a non-refundable/non-transferable paid adoption fee.  Adoptions are on a first come, first serve basis.  We can not send extra pictures.  WE do not ship, you must pick up the pet.  Kitties must be transported in a secure cat carrier.   Pooches require a "martingale" collar and a non-retractable leash. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Sammy joined our rescue on March 13th as part of a seize case in our local township.  The police went to the property and found dogs and puppies living in a shed that was not heated and full of feces and urine. The owners were backyard breeders of golden retrievers.Sammy is currently 9 weeks old and weighs around 10 to 11 lbs.  He is a very sweet puppy and quite sociable!  His foster home consists of two older dogs that have no interest in playing with him, but he keeps himself busy playing with toys and being curious.  Sammy sleeps in a playpen at night and sleeps all night.  He is not house trained yet, but his foster mom is working with him.  His foster mom said he is a smart little puppy and catching onto training quickly!Sammy has received his first distemper/parvo vaccine, dewormed and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  His adoption fee is $450.  If you are interested in adopting Sammy, please submit an application on our website at https://worthytails.rescuegroups.org.  For any questions, please send an email to jessie.wilson@comcast.net.Thank you for your interest in a rescue dog! Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 11, 2024, 6:46 am
