Lewis Upshur Animal Control Facility Animal shelter in Buckhannon, WV

We are a two county municipal shelter. We have 16 dog runs. We have 28 cats kennels. We take in strays and owner surrenders. If animal is a stray we have a five day waiting period before it can be adopted.
