1:Must be @ least 21 yrs.old
2:Have a valid drivers liscense W/correct address
3:Have a vet reffrence(if you have ever owned pets)
4:Have 3 personal reffrences(non-family)
5:Have 2 Family member reffrences
6:Own your own Residence or have landloard written permission.
7:Comply to a home visit
