Pulaski County Animal Shelter

The Pulaski County Animal Shelter and Humane Education Center is the official Animal Control shelter for Pulaski County, Virginia.


Animal Control is responsible for ensuring that the community is safe from problematic animals and also to ensure that the animals are safe from abusive owners. Animal control only handles domesticated animals such as dogs an cats.

Please fill out our Adoption Application and send it to balexanderpcac@gmail.com. If you're approved for adoption, the fee is $15 plus the cost of a prepaid spay or neuter (approx $85-$100 total).
