Our mission is to rescue, provide sanctuary, and ultimately to re-home abandoned, stray and neglected dogs. Whenever possible we also assist dogs who, because of extenuating circumstances, are unable to remain in their homes with their owners.
Education for spay/neuter programs. All Bail A Tail Rescue pets are spayed and neutered, vaccinated and microchipped before being placed in their new homes.
To provide care, warmth and comfort for stray dogs and cats found on the streets and those rescued from the shelters until a suitable home can be found. All Bail
A Tail Rescue pets are housed in foster homes where they are provided with an enormous amount of love and any medical attention that may be required to insure that they are in good health before adoption. During this period of time, our rescued pets are carefully evaluated for temperament and personality so that they may be placed in the best suitable homes possible.
Assisting other rescue groups with transportation and rescuing of cats and dogs
Assisting pets and our county by providing temporary supplies of pet food to families suffering from unemployment, seniors on fixed incomes and families that are dealing with chronically illnesses where resources are tightly dedicated. These services may be made available from a pet food bank established for this specific purpose.
