Hello there! I am a volunteer for Save a Sato Rescue located in San Juan, PR. I run a boarding kennel and partner shelter in Albion, NY(near Rochester/Buffalo). We are a no kill shelter that helps up to 1000 dogs get off the streets of Puerto Rico and into loving homes each year. Our rescue is 100% volunteer. There are NO paid members. Currently there are over 200,000 homeless dogs wandering the streets of Puerto Rico...because of the failing economy, many people are losing their homes. Shelters are full and the only option for many is to turn their beloved family dog out onto the streets. We cannot ignore these animals. We do have a website and active FB page where you can see us at work.
