A: Your shelter/rescue account login is an e-mail address. If you tried to login with your e-mail address and saw Grrr Hiss, please:

1. Retype your e-mail address and password again.
   (Sometimes saved info causes an error.) Login here.
2. Try to reset your password at https://www.adoptapet.com/account/forgot_passwd
   A password reset link will be e-mailed to you instantly that is valid for 24 hours.
