WE NEED FOSTER HOMES IN PUERTO RICO AS THE DOGS AWAIT TRANSPORT TO NEW JERSEY AND FOSTER HOMES FOR WHEN THEY ARRIVE TO NEW JERSEY AS THEY AWAIT THEIR FOREVER HOMES. FOSTERING A DOG IS ONE OF THE MOST REWARDING ASPECTS OF RESCUE. YOU GET TO WITNESS AND BE APART OF THE TRANSFORMATION OF A STREET DOG INTO BECOMING A FAMILY'S BEST FRIEND.
