|Title:||Large Breed Administrative Coordinator|
This volunteer position will work closely with the Large Breed Foster and with the foster homes housing large breed dogs. You will assist with providing support to the foster homes, educating and encouraging fosters to attend events, training and writing bios to help them get adopted. Additional support when needed for vetting questions, spreadsheets, rescue software, filling preventatives and mentoring fosters through the fostering experience. This may include but is not limited to; phone calls, daily emails, assisting with urgent situations regarding the animals and posting on Facebook.
General Description and Responsibilities:
The role of the Large Breed Coordinator is to assist the Large Dog Foster Manager with daily needs, this may include but is not limited to:
Tagging fosters for events
Uploading training information to profiles
Preventatives on Spreadsheet:
New intakes, existing ones etc.
Filling preventatives if accessibility to the office
Rescue Groups clean up
Puppy intakes: if names or bdays need to be fixed
Making sure all records are uploaded when Adoption Application goes out
Downloading AHS records and sending to vetting
Posting Animals for Fosters
Promoting boarding/urgent dogs
Communicating with foster homes
Helping the transport coordinator
Helping Large Breed Profile Coordinator
