Description

The League is looking for foster families as we prepare for 'kitten season'. This is the time when the shelter sees the highest number of under aged kittens being dropped off at the shelter. Foster families are very valuable to the shelter as they help open up space for other animals to make their way through the system (those who are of age for spay/neuter surgery). This is an immediate need and it's ongoing. The program provides all of the tools to make for a successful experience.

Once you've done that, you'll be able to contact the shelter and express your interest helping out with this opportunity. You'll also be able to create a volunteer profile, which will let shelters and rescue groups in your area find volunteer opportunities that best match your skills and interests.
