Story
Archie is a sweet, 8-pound bundle of love — a white miniature poodle mix with Bichon Frise and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel in his lineage. He absolutely lives for walks and adores being around other dogs — sometimes a little too enthusiastically! He's a sensitive soul who's scared of thunder and fireworks, but what he lacks in bravery he makes up for in affection. Archie is incredibly cuddly and would happily lounge in your lap all day if you let him. We're heartbroken to rehome him, but our lives have become too busy to give him the time, love, and attention he deserves. Archie would thrive in a home where someone is around often and can shower him with affection, play, and belly rubs.

Story
Pretzel is 2 & 1/2 years old. She is extremely snuggly and wants to be everywhere with you. She loves car rides (very calm on car rides), and is playful. She plays with our cat and our kids and is very bouncy and funny, has a great personality. We don’t have the time with our changing work schedules to give her the attention that she needs. She does not love to be alone (she tolerates it) but wants to be in the room with you. She is current with all of her vaccines and checkups and is healthy.

Story
Please contact Darlene at 302-312-5129 (fureverpawsdogrescue@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.  This dog is located in Newark, DE. Visit us on the web at https://fur-everpaws.com/fur-ever-paws-adoption-application/ to submit an application. Please contact the foster directly at 302-312-5129 (text or call) or via email at fureverpawsdogrescue@gmail.com Fur Ever Paws Dog Rescue is a small no kill rescue operating in the Delaware/Maryland area. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit that rescues and places homeless, neglected or abused dogs from high-kill shelters in the south into loving, responsible committed and permanent homes. We feel our comprehensive adoption process which includes not only taking the time to match the dog to the prospective new owner but helping to educate that owner in responsible dog care, allows us to find the best homes for our little buddies and the best companions for you! Each week we use USDA certified transports to bring dogs from high-kill shelters in the south to our fosters where they all receive the appropriate medical care and are placed in nurturing loving homes while they await placement in their forever homes. Interested in one of our dogs? Great! Now that you've seen them here you'll need to go to our website where you'll find our list of adoptable dogs (updated every week). Then, it's just a simple process of finding a dog you're interested in and filling out an application on our site. Once we receive your application, whoever is fostering that particular dog will contact you and do a short over the phone interview to complete your application process. If everything works out, they will set an appointment with you so come out and "visit" with the dog you're interested in (we want to make sure that not only are you a good fit for the dog but that the dog will fit with you). If everything works out, you'll be able to take rover (or spot, or jax) home with you that very day. A couple of things you should know: We can't hold dogs over the phone or via email. Adoption fees vary based on breed. All of our dogs have been vet checked and dewormed (if possible due to age, additional treatment may be needed). We provide a spay or neuter voucher to all of our adopters. &#226&#128&#139 June 30, 2025, 11:47 am

Story
We adopted Ms. Tilly from a shelter back in Texas. We trained her and raised her up until this point. We moved here and have no where for her to run around (be a dog). Being in a kennel all day is no life for her, she deserves better. She plays fetch, loves kids, and rarely barks. She sleeps at night and sometimes during the day. She is the sweetest dog Ive ever had and were going to miss her. If youre reading this please take care of her. Thank you.
