Story
Come visit me at PAW - Adoption fee $390 - Gunner is a 9-month-old whirlwind of joy, chaos, and unfiltered enthusiasm. If you`re looking for a calm, couch potato... keep scrolling. But if you`re into high-energy adventures and don`t mind a few (okay, many) surprise jumps to the face, Gunner might just be your new best friend. He’s strong on the leash (like, “might pull you into next week” strong), and he hasn’t quite grasped the concept of personal space—he prefers to be in your lap, your face, and your heart at all times. Training? Yeah, he needs it. But he’s young, eager, and ready to learn with the right person who can handle his big puppy energy. Gunner would thrive with an active, experienced owner who can help channel his excitement into good manners. If you’re ready to invest time, patience, and lots of treats, you’ll get a loyal, goofy, lovable sidekick in return. - Gunner would do well in a home with other dogs. He will require a home without any cats. He is very friendly with people of all ages but due to his size and jumpiness he would easily accidentally harm small children. For that reason we recommend Gunner goes to a home with older children, if any.

Story
Come visit me at PAW - Adoption fee $390 -Meet Sofia. Sofia has a face that is full of character and eyes as wide as the open skies. She has lived a lengthy and full life and has gained every one of those wrinkles with class. Her new family will need to be aware that Sofia is blind and will lean on you for guidance around her new home and yard. She’s a low-energy gal who prefers long naps, short walks, and minimal drama. Sofia has some allergies that need managing, and she’s not a fan of restraint or being fussed over. For that reason, she’s looking for a calm, kid-free home where she can just be. Ideally with someone who understands that older dogs deserve quiet, comfort, and respect. Sofia`s friends at the shelter are unsure of her age but due to the wrinkles, grey fur and her cranky old lady attitude at times we suspect she was born sometime during the great depression. If you`re looking for a gentle soul with a whole lot of charisma, Sofia would love to snooze by your side. - Sofia`s new family will be responsible for any health issues that arise after adoption. She does have a history of ear infections, and has a heart murmur grade 3-4/6.

Story
Wiggles is a happy-go-lucky pup with a heart full of joy and a tail that never stops wagging. Known for his signature wiggle-butt greeting, he absolutely lives for butt scratches and the chance to make new friends—human or canine alike. Whether he`s out on a walk, at the park, or just hanging around the house, Wiggles brings sunshine and smiles wherever he goes. Life is just better with a little Wiggles in it! He prefers a home without any cat friends, but dogs may be a possibility. He is willing to do meet-and-greets to ensure BFF status is achievable. - Wiggles is a special boy that will be adopted out on a health contract due to him testing positive for heartworm while in our care. He is currently on a heartworm treatment plan, and PAW will cover the cost of the remaining heartworm treatment for him as per the health contract.

Story
Come visit me at PAW - Adoption fee $390 - Most people will catch themselves saying what was that little black blur? Is Sonic real?? That was so fast what was that? Just me. Koda. The fastest chihuahua mix in the entire world. I am a runner, I`m a track star. Watch those open doors around me because all you will hear is a WHOOOOSH and a cloud of dust will kick up. Before you know it I`m in the next county over. I`m a dog that enjoys a good walk or hike if you haven`t picked up on that yet I am a high energy pup. I am small but mighty and have a larger than life personality and attitude toward the world. I do not care for much restraint like holding me for nail trims so maybe lets go to a professional for all things like that. But you want to know what I am great with? Getting all kinds of attention and pats. Scratches, rubs, you name it, I`m here for it. You have two hands? Great! Twice as good. (I actually expect you to use both hands at once) - Koda will require a home with older, respectful kids. He would be suitable in a home with dogs.

Story
Ahoy there, matey! I’m Pirate – a swashbuckling sweetheart with one mission: to steal your heart (and maybe your snacks). I’m a playful pup with a zest for life, but I do have a few quirks that make me more of a `hidden treasure` than a `party pirate.`Loud noises and sudden movements? They send me straight to Davy Jones` locker (okay, under the couch). Because of that, I need a calm, quiet crew – no tiny humans aboard, please! Cats? Let’s just say they walk the plank in my book.I love to play with my human crew – whether it`s a game of fetch or just running around like a goofball, count me in! When it comes to other dogs, I can be a bit of a scallywag though, so I’ll need to meet any canine shipmates first to make sure we can sail smoothly together. If you’re looking for a loyal first mate who’ll be your adventure buddy (and your shadow), then set a course to meet me. I might be a little nervous at first, but once I trust you, we’ll be a legendary duo. X marks the spot – and it’s right on your heart.
