At 41 pounds, he may be low to the ground, but his personality and spirit are truly sky-high! Before finding safety, T-Bone lived a rough life as a stray, fending for himself and holding out hope for kindness. Despite his tough past, he’s proven to be incredibly resilient, affectionate, and ready to love with his whole heart. T-Bone is the kind of dog who just wants to feel safe, be loved, and never worry again. He’s a gentle soul who will thrive in a home where he can finally relax and just be a dog — your dog. T-Bone currently resides at our local shelter, where we’re working together to help save lives. If you’re interested in adopting him, we’ll pull him into Hay Dude Rescue to complete the adoption. Story
Meet Dillinger, a 10 week old cutie pie. Dillinger, along with his two brothers, was surrendered to Sandi Paws Rescue by a gentleman who was ill and about to undergo surgery. Dillinger is a tall, slender puppy. With his long legs, he can outrun his foster mom, which he does at every opportunity. His favorite activities include playing tug of war, chasing balls, and chasing his brothers. It's worth noting that he can be quite teasing. He loves the big dogs and giving the cats a hard time. He also enjoys being held. Dillinger is up-to-date on his flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives, as well as his vaccinations. If you think Dillinger might be a suitable addition to your home and family, please visit sandipaws.org and submit an online application.Thank you for choosing SandiPaws Rescue. Story
Rhys has been the best dog ever. We adopted her when she was 6 and she had some anxiety which we overcame. I recently moved to a condo which is all windows and right downtown so there are fireworks and gunshots and loud cars and she isn’t handling it well. She has been getting really anxious and started chewing up things to try to get to a hiding place. She has chewed through a gate trying to get out of an area and we are worried she will hurt herself. She is fine when there are not loud noises and during the day or when I am around. I have her on meds which helps. I can’t keep her because I live alone now and cannot be around enough for her. She needs a loving home with people who can be around more. We are heartbroken because she has been the most amazing member of our family. She likes to snuggle, is good with all dogs and other pets and kids. She doesn’t bark and has never had an accident on the house. She has just been scared lately and needs a loving family.
