We are a government agency dedicated to providing animal services to the communities of Davis County.

Our Goal
"To provide service to the people and the animals of Davis County, through the professional operation of the Davis County Animal Shelter and animal care and control programs. Services shall be rendered in an efficient, effective, and conscientious manner. These services shall include, but are not limited to; sheltering of unwanted, stray and abandoned pets, euthanasia of animals, adoption, redemption, lost and found services, providing of resource information, and public education as well as the taking and processing of all requests for service. These and other similar services shall be provided in a friendly, compassionate, and pro-active manner at all times."
We serve the following cities and communities; Bountiful, Centerville, Clearfield, Freeport Center, Clinton, Farmington, Fruit Heights, Hill Air Force Base, Kaysville, Layton, North Salt Lake, South Weber, Sunset, Syracuse, West Bountiful, West Point, and Woods Cross.

We welcome adopters from any area.

Additional adoption info

All of our adoptable dogs and cats will be be spayed or neutered before they can be adopted out.
Dogs: adoption fee includes spay/neuter, first set of shots, microchip and county license (for davis county residents). Cats: adoption fee includes spay/neuter, first set of shots, microchip and county license (for davis county residents if applicable within your city).!
