OUR CURRENT GREATEST NEEDS ARE: Magic Erasers to help clean our new cat condos. Greenies(or any brand) Pill Pockets and hot dogs to medicate dogs. UNSCENTED, clay kitty litter, not clumping. H/E liquid laundry detergent, H/E liquid laundry softener and H/E bleach. Kitchen paper towels. Liquid hand soap. Heavy duty garden hoses and spray nozzles.Pedigree, Purina Dog Chow, Beneful and Iams dry dog and Iams dry cat and kitten food. We also use Royal Canin Baby Cat wet and dry for the little tiny kittens that come in without a mom. DONATIONS NEEDED: Unscented clay kitty litter.(not clumping) Dry dog and puppy food. We prefer Iams, Beneful, Purina Dog Chow or Pedigree. Iams kitten and cat dry food and any brand canned food cat food. Bleach(H.E.). Liquid laundry detergent(H.E.), liquid softener (H.E.) and liquid automatic dishwasher detergent. Bounce dryer bar refills. Mini-size dust pan/whisk broom sets for cleaning cat cages. (6 inch size. Usually can be found at Big Lots, 99 cent store, etc.) Paper kitchen towels. Other items we are always in need of are: Towels and blankets for the animals to sleep on. Petsmart, PetCo, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, etc. gift certificates. The only type of toy we can give the dogs in their kennels are the rubber "Kong" type toy or over-sized tennis balls. Any cat toys. They are not durable when disinfected, so are given away with the cat or kitten when they leave or thrown away when soiled. We greatly appreciate everyone that can donate. We could not run as efficiently without you.

Adoption fees:
Dogs and Puppies. Female 0 - 25 pounds = $55.00, 26 - 49 pounds = $75.00, 50 - 100 pounds = $90.00, 101 pounds and over = $105.00. Male 0 - 25 pounds = $55.00, 26 - 49 pounds = $65.00, 50 - 100 pounds = $80.00, 101 pounds and over = $95.00. Cats. Female = $60.00, Male = $50.00
The Adoption Fee includes spaying or neutering of the pet prior to you taking the pet home.
If the animal is altered prior to arriving at the Corona Animal Shelter, the adoption fee is $15.00 for a dog or cat.

All Corona Animal Shelter dogs and cats receive their first, basic vaccinations and flea/tick treatment at the Corona Animal Shelter prior to going to their new home.

When someone is breeding puppies or breeding kittens, they are creating new dogs and cats who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog, cat, puppy or kitten and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale or buy a cat for sale from a puppy breeder or a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes. So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
