A.R.T.A. -- Animal Rescue, Transport, and Adoption -- is a small, rural rescue that cares for and places kittens, cats, puppies, and dogs into new homes -- usually, in the Tucson and Phoenix areas. Most of our adoptable animals have been relinquished by previous owners who could not care for them due to unforeseen circumstances or life changes. The adoptable animals may be visited by appointment.
