About Our Rescue Group:

We are a group of volunteers who are trying to help control the pet population and find homes for homeless pets in the Northwest Georgia area. Our goal is also to educate people in the community about spaying/neutering as well as appropriate care for their pets.

Come Meet our Pets:

You may visit our pets for adoption at Calhoun Pet Care. We are located at 202 William St, Calhoun, Ga. Our ours are m-f 7am-6pm, and saturdays 9am-1pm.

Our Adoption Process:

Our adoption fees are $75.00. There is an adoption application that must be completed prior to approval of adoption. Those may be obtained by contacting us at 706-624-3993.

Why should you adopt?

Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes. So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
