Cities, Towns, and/or Counties We Serve:

Becky's Best Buddies is a one person All-Breed Rescue and Placement Service. I do not have over 4 rescued dogs at any one time (Unless I have a mom with pups or a litter of abandoned pups). All dogs get vaccinations and if they are old enough, neutered. I have been serving the area around Chewelah, WA for about 12 years. In that time I have placed over 250 pets; dogs, cats, horses, goats, etc!

About Our Rescue Group:

I am a public school teacher, mother of 3, grandma of 3, and I do this because I love to join people and pets. I have always been one to bring home strays, so this is just a part of who I am. I own a small hobby farm with dogs, rabbits, horses, sheep and goats (and a cat).

Our Adoption Process:

Persons adopting from me through internet contact are required to show me photos of the area where the dog will spend most of its time, a vet's number and the number of a person who has known the potential adopter for at least 5 years. I do not require a fee, donations are appreciated. If a dog does not work out for the adopter, I can usually take it back right away, but if I have no room, I will work to find a new placement.

Our Adopted Pets:

We have helped lots of pets connect with loving and caring owners. Check out our adopted pets list!

Why should you adopt?

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a dog or puppy versus getting dogs for sale or puppies for sale from a dog breeder? When someone is breeding puppies, they are creating new dogs who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog or puppy and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale from a puppy breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs who must find homes. So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog or adopt a puppy at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
