About Our Shelter
Our group has a 10 acre site on the south side of Clinton, OK. We are hoping to construct a sanctuary on this property. The property will include a main building with a animal receiving area, an evaluation facility, a clinic, an isolation area, food preparation kitchen, a laundry, a vet's office, and administrative offices.
We will also have kennel buildings to house dogs and runs for proper excersice. A cattery adjacent to the main building. A cottage for the caretaker adjacent to the main building. Barn for storage of equipment and a fenced yard for large dogs or other animals. A walking trail for exercising dogs will also be included.
A crematory is also planned for proper disposal of animals.
Our Adoption Process
FRIENDS FOR LIFE
When you adopt an animal either a dog or a cat, you are taking on a lifetime commitment. Healthy dogs and cats live to between 10 and 15 years. To raise a pet properly, you must take on the care and treatment to the fullest extent. That means that you have to have annual checkups to ensure their health, all immunizations must be kept up to date, and they must have the proper diet. In addition, the animal must be protected by having a secure and safe place to live and a clean and dry place to sleep.
If you are willing to take on this commitment, then you can make application to adopt a pet.

Dog adoption and cat
adoption saves lives. Adopt
a dog or adopt a cat and you'll
have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a dog, adopting
a cat, adopting a kitten or adopting a puppy versus getting dogs for sale, cats
for sale, puppies for sale or kittens for sale from a dog breeder or a cat breeder?
When someone is breeding puppies or breeding kittens, they are creating new dogs
and cats who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of
dog, cat, puppy or kitten and they think the only way to find that specific breed
is to buy a dog for sale or buy a cat for sale from a puppy breeder or a kitten
breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes.
So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat
or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt
a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane
society or pet rescue group.
